hmmmm – i went in because i was out of bags for my central vac. not everywhere carries central vac bags, so i made a special trip across town to buy some. i usually order from a place in town but it takes a few days to get them and i needed some right away. i should have checked my past receipts to see what i paid for a package of 3 bags because what i ended up paying here was more than TWICE the cost! i should have known when i was in there and the only other 2 customers in the store were older ladies who were both upset (not sure what each's situation was) and 2 out of 3 IS bad. i bought my bags and went on my way. when i got home i noticed the bags i got were a little too big so the next day i went to exchange them. Before I went back, i checked my past receipts and realized that i paid $17 for a pkg of 3 bags, and here I paid $39!!! Their receipt states NO REFUNDS AND NO PRICE MATCHING, so I couldn't just return these and get them from my regular guy. There was a $10 difference (they owed me) for the smaller bags, and they didn't want to credit my card, they wanted to give me store credit. i told them i didn't need ANYTHING else from their store, so they gave me my credit but it seemed they were not happy about it.
I won't shop there again because of their policies of no refunds or price matching. i can't believe they get away with charging SO much more but once you buy, you are stuck.
They have all the parts for my vacuum – I went in this store for bags and belts for my Bissell that i could not find anywhere else. They were the only ones in town that seemed to carry them and when I went in they showed me how to matain my vacuum and even upgraded my older Kirby for a new vacuum. I have never had a company give me trade in value for something i dont even use anymore. and they gave me a price on the new vacuum that was 50 dollars under MSRP. This company really knows how to make a customer feel comfortable and the true meaning of convienence

I dont know about others but I Bought my bags and belts here, THEY ARE THE ONLY STORE THAT CARRY SOO MANY BRANDS, and when offered the BUY 2 GET 1FREE offer i actually SAVED and didnt have to go driing around looking for the bags and belts.
AFTER my vacuum repair i serviced my PLAMA TV with them and also RECEIVED a 2 YEAR WARRANTY, BRAND new i didnt get that from the manufacturer.

HORRIBLE; STAY FAR, FAR AWAY – Stay far, far away from this place!! I took my laptop in for repairs, paid the $95 diagnostic fee, and was told it would be ready in 3-9 days but that they would put a "rush" on it since it was my work computer. After not hearing from them in 10 days I called and was told it needed a new motherboard. I agreed to have them order and install this as the computer is well worth the fix. Two weeks later, no word. I call and am told that they received the wrong motherboard and re- ordered the correct one. Another two weeks go by with no contact. My husband calls and is told that they again received the wrong motherboard and they didn't call to inform us as they were "embarrased" by the problem. Most likely because they ordered the wrong one twice. After several heated conversations, I get my broken laptop back. Two days later, I have ordered (correctly), received (correctly), and replaced the motherboard BY MYSELF and the computer is working great! Please don't let my horrible experience become yours. They will NOT call you back; will NOT communicate at all. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!
Rip-off – I've had the worst experience with this place. My husband and I are trying to save money, so when our vacuum broke - I decided that rather than buy a new one, I would have it repaired. The people in this store are professionals - they took a large deposit and called me a few days later to tell me that it would cost additional to have it fixed. The deposit + additional added up to the exact amount (literally, to the dollar) it would have been for me to buy the exact same vacuum new at Wal-mart. As they already had my deposit (non-refundable), I was stuck between a rock and a hard place so I told them to proceed. I went to pick the vacuum up and they tried to sell me additional belts, bags and filters. When I declined, they said they would cut me a "deal" - if I bought 2 of each they would throw in the 3rd for free. I agreed, not having any idea how much this stuff costs (do you know how much a vacuum belt is supposed to cost off the top of your head?). I generally don't fall for stuff like this but I figured that since I had just paid a fortune to have my vacuum fixed, that they would be giving me a fair price. I got home and realized that even with the "deal" they had charged me 3x the amount it would have cost for me to buy the belts, bags and filters over the internet. I am sick to my stomach over what happened. Here I am, clipping coupons and doing everything I can to save money and I just got completely ripped off as this nightmare cost over $300. I cannot believe that I allowed myself to get taken like this.... but it is too late now... hopefully someone will read this review and avoid this store:)
