I traveled from TX. to MO. to buy my car from Youngblood because of the price of the Nissan Titan. Everyone was friendly and even offered my husband and I to join them for their catered lunch. Sales rep. Greg Boswell was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Horrible Service & Management – Was the worst customer service I have ever seen and the rudest management I have ever seen. Had a new van shipped to the dealer, needed some extras placed on it but upon arrival to pick it up thos extras had not been completed, this after driving two hours to the dealer. Came back five days later and received the vehicle, after getting the van back to our home discoved superficial scratches on the side glass and back panels, that were caused from shipping, so called the dealership to notify them told us to bring it back and they could buff those out. So another two hour trip to the dealer, only to be told they could do nothing about the glass and they would not replace it, were basicly called liars by the owner and general manager who stated that we placed the scratches on the windows. After getting KIA involved in the situation and having the regional manager meet us at the dealership again, he made the dealership replace the side glass that was scratched by them during shipment. This took over a month of driving back and forth to complete their mess up. I would walk before I would ever purchase another vehicle from any Youngblood car dealership

Not a good experience. Spent hours on the phone before going to the lot, had the deal all hammered out and personal items transferred to the new auto when all of a sudden they informed me that the payment was going up by about $50 a month. Looking back on the entire situation, I am sure it was a sales ploy because the ending payment was exactly where we had started out before negotiations. I am sure that they thought since we had spent so much time and had already transferred belongings that we would agree to this tactic. We did not and will never deal with this dealership again. After returning home had several friends who had a similar experience-seems as though they routinely use the old "bait and switch" with a twist. Don't go here.
