Delicious – It's rare that I go to a bar that can make drinks better than I can. Very talented!

England Comes to Redmond – Okay, I've never been to England but it's what I imagine the pubs would be! Went on double date here and unbeknownst to us a Sounders game was on at our scheduled meeting time. Needless to say the pub was standing room only and we had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. The waitress was great though and let us have pints while we stood and waited. A couple patrons were really cool and gave up their table so the four of us could sit together as they only needed a table for two.

Standard pub fare although my friend said they've expanded their menu to less standard fried pub food and more dinner entrees. My date had the bacon burger and said it was good, fresh. It was huge, I think 1/2lb burger, and couldn't believe he at it all.

Double dates had fish and chips which appeared crisp but not dried out. I snuck a few chips and they were hot although needed salt.

I ordered the curry chicken pasty. It had a wonderful curry flavor without being overpowering. The pasty was a bit dry around the edges but we were there late, 9:30, so not sure what time they're made.

I had apple pie for dessert which tasted store bought and could be skipped. The plus it came with true English ice cream and you could taste every fat gram!

A nice find and look forward to returning. Happy Hour menu is 7 days a week with great prices.

Bad Mannered Waitresses – I have never been so shabbily treated in any place as I was at the Three Lions Pub. The waitress refused to serve me drinks because she was apparently too busy and actually told me to leave. Do yourselves a favor and never go to this place. There are far too many places in Redmond that would be happy to welcome you

Best English Pub!!! – Ok, so I'm biased! Let's face it, I'm an Englishman living in Redmond wanting somewhere to call home of an evening. And this just happens to be an English pub! In itself that should be reason enough for me to frequent the place and drink of its ales.

There are three major things that make this pub worth going to:

1/ It captures a lot of the 'essence' of what an English pub actually is. Its character, interior, clientele, music, and overall ambiance are very English.

2/ The beer selection is very English (well as close as you can get to in the USA). There are four draft English beers available, Tetleys, Boddingtons, Newcastle and Bass. Then there is an English draft Cider, Strongbow. A couple of Irish offerings in the form of Guinness and Harp complete the British selection. Lastly a variety of European offerings include Stella and Bitburger. Plus, there are over 30 select bottled beers to choose from.

3/ The food selection is exceptionally good English fare with a mix of American influence in places on the menu. The 'fish and chips' are honestly the best I've come across outside of England, and the 'bangers and mash' and 'shepherds pie' are excellent choices too. The pub also fries up its own 'crisps' (potato chips) and I would strongly recommend a bowl of those to eat while having a beer or two.

The pub also has two real dartboards, with real darts available for use behind the bar; a trivia quiz night on Tuesdays; and usually live music on Saturday nights. Also the pub is always showing the latest English and International football (soccer), rugby, MLS, Aussie Rules football, Mariners and Seahawks games

Last but not least, the pub is 'home' to a number of British ex-pats. The chances are you'll meet at least one of them at the bar on most evenings and you'll be able to engage in a lively discussion on a variety of topics! It's certainly the closest you're going to get to England without forking out for a plane ticket. Give it a try!!
