Best place to find cheese in the Inland Northwest.. Saunders has tons of amazing cheese, both local and from all over the world. They'll make a cheese plate for you to enjoy in the shop (which has a great, somewhat rustic environment) and even pair it to a wine if you bring in a bottle. It's the cheapest corkage fee in town if that's the way you want to go, or they have some nice wines available by the glass or bottle too. With notice, they make party platters or gift baskets. They also have classes every month, both cooking classes and wine and cheese pairing classes. The staff is friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable.
