Reviews for NW Relocation

I used NW Relocation while moving to Florida from Washington. Their sales rep Ryan offered the best price and the movers served the best as well. They arrived on time. Packing, loading, unloading went smoothly and the delivery of the goods was damage free. I thank them because of the quick completion and obviously for a picture perfect move which did not even cost me much.

We are thankful to Whitney (sales rep) and her team of NW Relocation for serving us a lot better than what we were looking for. One of our family friends recommended NW Relocation to us and after receiving a decent quote we booked our move with them from Washington to Indiana. They actually did an excellent job. The way they handled all our furniture and other households was something great to watch, they were really fast and accurate in packing and moved our stuffs quickly to Indiana. After checking the inventory we did not find a single damaged thing. In short, it was a picture perfect move. So, we would like to thank each and every one of NW Relocation.

I found NW Relocation for a recent move from Colorado to Indiana. I have to say it’s been one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The three workers arrived on time and had everything packed in a couple of hours. Everything arrived on time 8 days later with nothing broken which was something I was very scared of because I had some very fragile wedding china from my parents. I highly recommend this company for any move!!

NW Relocation has many good reviews, so I decided to try them out and phoned the company to book the timeframe. The guy (Ryan) I talked to was very prompt, pleasant and respectful. On the moving date, the workers arrived approximately half an hour before the time agreed. They started working immediately and there were no breaks. Even though they had to work much more than I had approximately judged, I did not have to pay extra for that. I had no idea how many things I had but they did not say anything, they just continued working until the job was finished, which was moving our belongings from Colorado to Indiana. They did a great job and I just do not have enough good words to describe how satisfied I am. I would do business with awesome NW Relocation again!

I was very happy with NW Relocation's service. The initial conversation was thorough and I understood everything that I was getting and what was included in my quote. Our move was relatively small, moving some remaining furniture and miscellaneous items from my parent's house to my house. The movers arrived on time, wrapped everything carefully and worked really hard. I would recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

I hired NW Relocation to move me from Colorado to Indiana. The movers arrived on time on the day of my move and moved all of my furniture and personal items to Indiana without damage to the items or the walls of either building. They even informed the front desk at both buildings that the move was complete and that the elevators could be taken off of service mode. Well my furniture was delivered and I filed a claim for my desk and I received the experts from the insurance two days ago they said they would replace it in ten business days. Being honest, they did a lot more than what I was expecting. I hope they will keep up the good works in future too.

I was waiting to see if I received a tool box that was lost in my move (they told me they found it) before writing my final review. It never arrived.

My last minute move began with a quote from Budget. This is the first problem. They are middle men who quote low to get the sale, then the bad news when NW Relocation shows up and it's TRIPLE the price. He spent too much time bashing Budget and not working with his men this I felt put them behind schedule.

One of the workers didn't speak or understand English very well, he needed to be supervised but he wasn't and this caused most of my troubles with them. He packed my moving folder with all my necessary papers, passport and money that was near my computer on the counter. Mind you his job was to pack the kitchen items, pots, pans, etc. When it was discovered that the folder was missing, Dan (the foreman) immediately blamed me. Saying “that I was mistaken and often times customers say things like that and it wasn't true”. Practically yelling. He was pretty cold and unhelpful until he suddenly remembered seeing the leather folder himself. Then he softened his tone with me. However, while unpacking the boxes, they didn’t repack carefully, my clothes got dirty and items were broken. He also packed two bags of garbage that was smelly when I opened my boxes. Stupid and unprofessional.

When my items arrived, the delivery guy held my things hostage until I paid him in cash first. He refused to take my items off the truck. So I paid him. then we were suppose to count the boxes to make sure nothing was missing, he refused to do that. He then proceeded to hit on me asking to come back and make dinner for me and help me unpack. I was disgusted. Then around 10:30pm he called saying that he found a rug in his truck that belonged to me. He said he couldn't bring it back because he was gambling and he couldn't leave his 'good winning hand’. I had to get up and get dressed in the middle of the night to go get my rug.

In addition, most of my dishes were broken, my lamps were destroyed and my bookcase was damaged because it was never put in a box as promised.

Then finally, I called the office asking about my toolbox. Neil said he found it and was tying to reach me. Mind you he was calling the wrong number. He said that they would put it on the next truck down here. When I never received it, I called and I was told that they sent it UPS. I asked for the weigh bill number to trace it. I was told that they lost it. So then I said I could still find it with the credit card number that was used. He then told me, that he paid cash so there's no record. You tell me, what business does this? You be the judge as to what happened to my tool box?? They stole it.

All in all, 99% of my experience was negative.

NW Relocation was very thorough and friendly about our move and all of our needs. They moved our small non-profit organization from one office to another and were very helpful in setup, preparation and moving. They arrived a few minutes early, were very efficient and friendly and made everything very easy and stress-free! Highly recommended!

I have been using NW Relocation for the last couple of years. I often need to have moving service because I supply products to my customers in other states. When I first used this company I was so impressed that I never looked for any other company. Since then they are serving me the best. Though NW Relocation is not the cheapest but their service is simply extraordinary. Now these guys have become part of my family. So, I am taking some time to recommend them.

We used NW Relocation while moving from OR to ID. I decided to use this company because I heard about them from my brother who used them about a year ago. I also got a very reasonable deal from their sales rep Mike. He managed to plan my move perfectly and took all necessary initiatives to get the job done without any unwanted circumstances. Movers showed what they are capable off during the packing, moving and storing. There were some very fragile and heavy things to deal with but nothing got damaged or broken. Though they had to work without the elevator but they never complained and yet managed to complete the task so effortlessly. I do believe that they have ensured the proper value of my hard earned money.
