'Eh - wouldn't try it – I fell in love with this place the first 3 or 4 visits, but the honeymoon is over. I will admit that the taco platter is still a favorite of mine, but the last time I ordered it, they over charged me by $2. The menu clearly states that you get any 3 tacos for $9.49, but they charged $1 extra on our bill for ordering fish tacos. I double checked the menu and it does not state there is an extra charge anywhere. It turns out the fish tacos are 50 cents more if you ordered them separately, so I could understand if I was charged 50 cents more AND if the menu did not state ANY 3 tacos for one price. The thing was, the manager wouldn't even come talk to us and the waitress agrued with us. It was just a bad experience. I don't trust 'em. I won't go back again.

They just switched over to waiter service, not a big fan of that. The service isn't very good, in fact, I'd say it was bad. Everytime I've been there you have to aggressively flag someone down.

Very small portions – Good Taco's but VERY VERY small portions especially for guys. If you have a big appetite you might have to order a lot of tacos to fill you up.

Great food – Other reviews say it all, just thought I'd add one more recent. Awesome food! I think this is one of the best places to eat in Dallas for any type of food.

Upscale Mexican taqueria in the heart of Mockingbird Station. – In Short
Bursting with color, the storefront dining room features exposed wooden beams, potted plants, and slate tiling. Self-seating at tables, booths or cushioned seating areas lined with abundant green and blue throw pillows. Yucca fries, topped with queso fresco and cilantro, are served with two dipping sauces. Choose from nearly a dozen taco options--red snapper, ahi tuna, and the vegetarian poblano, potato & zucchini taco are all flavorful choices. Healthier eaters forgo tortillas for lettuce.

Great Tacos and Ritas – I brought my family here on a Sunday afternoon and we shared a 3 taco combo. We enjoyed it very much and the staff was very hospitable. We sat outside and watched the people traffic. My wife had an orange margarita and I found myself "sampling" it more often than usual. I dare say it's the best in town. And the al pastor tacos were fantastic. We had the green rice and corn sides, that were equally as good. We walked away saying this is our new favorite taco/rita spot and making plans to return again (and often). One peice of advice is try to grab the table outside right in front. The tables closer to Victoria's Secret are right under the kitchen's exhaust fan, which are a little loud for conversation and blowing warm air.

All I can say is YUM! – This place is great if you are looking for something different. The Dos XX tacos are sooo good. I will say that the portions are kind of small so if you are a big eater you may want to get the three taco platter. Their drinks are great as well. I tried the grapefruit cocktail they had and it was very good. The atmosphere is great as well. I felt as if I was on vacation on an island somewhere. The only thing I would have to say stinks are the prices. It cost about $18 for two tacos, beans, and one drink. Also, if you are the kind steak and potato kind of person you probably will not like it. If you like to try different foods, you are in for a treat!

real authentic mexico city tacos! – absolutely great.

if you are looking for something different to dallas but very true to mexico city you have to try it.

Menu is great. I really enjoyed drinking Michelada (beer on the rocks with lime juice and othe spices) with some Tacos Al Pastor, Garlic Red Snapper Taco, and barbacoa tacos.
