Beauty supply store. I had the WORST experience with the current owners. She was verbally brutal and clearly a racist. I went with my kids to purchase some braids and when we walked in she immediately asked her daughter in Vietnamese to watch us. Not only that she yelled at my seven year old son for looking at what appeared to be a toy. I chose six packs of braids to purchase, when I got to the register it indicated that it was $1.99c and not the $3.25 that was on the package so I asked her to consider the price that is coming up on the register, she snatched the items out of my hands and yelled "if you don't like my price go get out of my store now". I was so furious, I left and came back to ask her why she responded that way she went on a rampage. Her poor daughter apologized and said that is the way that her mother is.

I called her a racist and an uncouth business woman. I hate to say that I have experienced customer service in asian beauty supply stores but this was the worst and I have never been so disappointed in my life and for my kids to experience was even worse for me.

I will never shop there again and I ask all who purchase from her to not do so. We are all need to be treated with dignity.
