This is THE place for great NY Italian food! – Let me start out by saying that this place is just amazing! Its so nice having a place like this here in the triangle. By this I mean a real good home cooked Italian place that has that NY restaurant flare. Fellow NYers will know what I mean by this. While we may have an abundance of these kind of places back home, it really is quite rare to come across one done right down here in NC, but boy has this place got it. From the pizza guy tossing pizzas right up front when you walk in to the smell of seafood and wine in the kitchen, this place really makes me feel right at home. Almost makes me forget about the cows I drove by on the way in because when I walk out of this place I almost expect to walk up the block to my parallell parked car......And looking back at a past review, their sauce is excellent by my standards. Maybe its not a traditional “marinara” sauce by definition, but being from an Italian family myself, I could say that this is definitely one heck of a tomato sauce….almost like a “gravy.” That reviewer claims to know what hes talking about because he says hes “NY Italian” but let me tell you, Italian families all have different ways of cooking as well as different family traditions. So if theres anything that this guy should know its that good cooking isn’t just cooking the way your family cooks, it consists of quality ingredients made by people that care. And for the record, I looked at this guys other reviews of places and they were mostly bad. It seems that any place that doesn’t make food the way he would himself isn’t good, so I would say that if you want food cooked the way you want, then cook it yourself buddy. So if anybody wants some great Italian food or pizza, go to Georgina’s and feel fully confident that what you are being served is the made with the utmost care and highest quality ingredients around (and of you want my recommendation get the calamari appetizer and chicken marsala….to die for!)

Consistently Good – I have been there a half-dozen times and have never been disappointed. Everything on the menu looks good, but the lunch veal parmigiana is so good that I have a hard time getting to try anything else. Big portion, real veal, delicious, with pasta, a generous salad, and garlic knots - all for $9.99. I haven't seen real veal for anywhere near that price elsewhere. Server was attentive, even though she was quite busy.

My new go-to spot – Excellent pizza. You can even see the man making it right as you walk in. We ordered a medium pizza and rice balls as an appetizer. Pizza was fresh and thin crust, you can really tell this place takes the extra step to make the real thing. The rice balls were even fresh as opposed to some places I tried and Im pretty sure they were frozen. The meal came with garlic rolls too and was priced very fairly! This is my new spot for pizza now in Cary I can see myself going there weekly.

Most tasteless pizza we have ever had; not pleasant owner – After reading the reviews, my husband and I ordered a pizza last night. This pizza was completely tasteless and we were both surprised and disappointed. For $25 one would expect a pizza to be delicious.

I'm not sure exactly how you make a pizza to be completely tasteless, but this place wins the award for that one. Just terrible.

While we were in the restaurant waiting for the pizza, the female owner was complaining loudly to staff about how " customers were calling in trying to order their pizza a certain way to be cheap and save money, and she wasn't going to do that." This is a very unprofessional way to speak about customers, especially when other customers can hear it.

We will definitely NOT be back. This is the worst pizza we have ever had, sadly.

Morrisville's Very Best Pizza – You don't want to miss stopping by Georgina's for their fresh and fabulous New York style pizza! The flavor is incredible!

While waiting for your pizza, be sure to try the fresh baked garlic knots! Loaded with garlic, hot and fresh out of the oven! I was there today and decided I had to share this great food with others!! Check it Out!

A MUST in the Cary/Apex area – As one reviewer puts it, the best pizza in NC!! Food is delicious too. I've been here quite a few times now, lunch and dinner (their lunch menu is reasonably priced with great options as well as lunch specials) and have tried many kitchen items as well as pizza, and I'm pleased to say that each and every time I have been pleasantly surprised. The owners have this place running clean and consistent and have really made quite an atmosphere in this place with many of the regular customers chatting with each other out on the floor. It is such a pleasant experience eating out here and even better that you can sit down over a fresh homemade meal while doing so. Pizza crust is always deliciously crisp and goes perfect with the sweet pizza sauce.

Too big for their britches! – As a long standing patron of their takeout menu, I have endured improperly packed "leaky" entrees, a few "not up to par" meals, as well as a one time smaller portions deal. All because, it is the closest to the NY style Italian foof I grew up eating. So when it is good, it is worth the sometimes hit or miss. However, after recently calling to place an order, the owners wife was quite rude by forsaking a pleasant greeting with "hurry up, I'm quite busy" then placing me on hold only to be picked up by someone who thought they were on a personal line who in turn again put me on hold.it definitely seems like success has gone to their heads!

LGBTQ BEWARE – I was scanned up and down by the hostess when we entered the restaurant, and I doubt because she thought my style was incredible. She seemed taken aback, then silently seated us. She seemed inconvenienced when we requested a seat out of the direct sunlight. Then, the first waitress took our drink order, but never came back until we were almost ready to leave. The waiter who took over did the best he could, but it was clearly an unwelcoming environment based on the attitudes and actions of the hostess and the waitress. I'm not saying they would not be nice to other LGBTQ people, but I suggest finding a better place to dine if you're LGBTQ -- especially if your gender expression doesn't fit with "straight acting."

Great neighborhood restaurant – My husband and I are working our way through the menu and enjoying every mouthful. The garlic knots are addictive. I especially love the the focaccia sandwich and the eggplant hero. After a busy weekend, it's nice to find a restaurant open on a Sunday evening.

Great Catering Service!! – We got our food catered from Georgina's for a party we were having.

The prices were reasonable, considering the portions were huge! The food was very good, and the presentation was very nice.

They provided the heating dishes (which they dropped off early), and then delivered the food on time.

Staff was very friendly, and the owner even threw in a sampler of an item I did not order.

Great customer satisfaction!!!
