GREAT SALON – THIS IS A WARM,LOVING, INVITING, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL SALON. AND LIKE OTHER PLACES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, THERE ARE GOING TO BE NEGATIVITY TRYING TO TAKE OUT THE POSITIVE.(WHICH WHAT YOU LOW LIFE PEOPLE COME IN TO PLAY HERE.) BUT IF SOME OF THESE PEOPLE WOULD GET A BUSINESS THEY WOULD KNOW THESE THINGS. BUT I AM GLAD TO SAY THAT THIS SALON IS DOING EXCELLENT AND IS STILL GROWING SO LIKE THE SAYING GOES" YOU CAN'T BEAT GOD'S GIVING, NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY!" SO STOP TRYING TO TEAR DOWN OTHERS AND CHECK YOURSELF OUT AND BY THE WAY I AM SURE OTHERS WOULD LOVE TO RATE YOUR CAREER SKILLS. SO THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BLOCK ALL NEGATIVE AND GO FURTHER WITH ALL THEIR LICENSED,PROFESSIONAL,EXPERIENCED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. MISERY ALWAYS LOVES COMPANY THAT'S WERE THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE COMING FROM, AND FOR US POSITITVE MINDED PEOPLE WILL CONTINUE TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS BLESSED SALON, INSTEAD OF NEGATIVITY, OH I FORGOT TO MENTION THE GRADE A IN THIS SALON AND THAT THE SALON HASN'T BEEN FINED FOR ANY UNLICENSED STYLISTS AND THE LOVING ENVIRONMENT IT HAS ALONG WITH THE LUXURIOUS STYLE WE ARE ARE ALWAYS WEARING.. I LOVE THIS SALON AND I AM SURE THEY THANK YOU ANYWAY FOR THE TROUBLE TO MAKE THEM EVEN MORESTRONGER IN THEIR CAREERS. BE BLESSED NEGATIVE MINDED WRITERS..LOL I SEE WHY COMPANIES HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY CUSTOMERS!!! ......LOVE THIS SALON, LOVE IT ,,LOVE IT, LOVVVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEE IT!!!!

WOW! I can't believe they are even in Business – This has got to be the worst place to get your hair done. Crowded, unprofessional and unlicensed beauticians. I am planning to call the board on them for having unlicensed workers "practicing" on hair. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone I know. I think their clientale are people who are either relatives, used to receiving subpar service, or just don't care about who they pay their money too. This is not a reputable place and I should have know from the moment I walked through the door. The owner seems like he can style hair ok, however allowing his shop to be ran the way that it is, is certainly unexceptable, so therefore PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't go. Even if this place was a referral, DON'T GO.

Terrible Salon – This salon is absolutely AWFUL! The staff is unprofessional and the stylist are not skilled! I would not recommend this place to my wortst enemy. The salon did not honor my appointment time and I got a choppy haircut and a half-assed style. This salon should not be in business, I believe that several of the stylists are "learning on the job" and are not licensed, I would almost bet.

Save yourself the headache and book an appointment anywhere but here.

Worst Salon I have EVER been to – Visiting this salon was one of the worst experiences of my life to date. The Salon was extremely over crowded and there were only 3 stylist (if that is what you want to call them) and two assistants and there were at least 18 people in the salon. The person who was washing my hair STOPPED in the middle of washing to check out the latest purses that the "bag man" was selling, then after she completed washing my hair, left me sitting at the wash bowl because she was not sure what to do with me next. The stylist who did my hair (JASON) was not professional what so ever. I told him how I wanted my hair cut and and what I did not want and he proceeded to do the opposite and when I spoke up, he threw a hissy fit and threw his comb down and said "well I guess I'm done then" all because I asked him NOT to use clippers on the back of my head. All I really wanted was a trim down in the back and that was too hard for his mind to comprehend. He proceeded to basically give me a bowl cut and barely styled it (which I was glad as I was so ready to go) I had to come home and complete my own hair.

All in all the atmosphere was not serving of the customer, I felt like I was in a hair "sweat shop", the workers were not friendly and talked about clients in front of other clients which is catty and disrepectful. I will GLADLY pay top dollar for service and atmosphere and someone who know WTH they are doing with scissors. This place was a referral, since I'd just moved to Raleigh, but I WOULD NOT patronize this salon, especially if you are new in town and are used to (at minimum) decent service, at best top notch service, cause you won't get it here.

2 Stars Was Being Generous – I've been to this salon twice and I will never go back. The only thing that's good about this salon is the very reasonable prices and the really good, moisturing massage-like shampoo. They shampoo great!Everything else is dissappointing. Your appointment will not be honored on time, even if you scheduled it 2 weeks in advance, with no one on the books at that time. You may get in the chair 30-45 minutes after your appointment time if you're lucky. So when you originally planned to get rolled and set, you realize you have another appointment that you're going to be late for and you have to get blown dry out and charged extra.

Oh, and let me not forget, why did the wet comb fall from my stylist hand, on the dirty, hair cut residue floor, after my hair was just washed? Did Lance go get a new comb? Did he stick it in some solution? No. He wiped it on a towel and continued to roll my hair. What stylist does this?

Once, my hair was dry and set with rollers, I patiently waited while one of the male receptionist removed the rollers from several clients hair. Well, he kept dropping the rollers all over the floor and stuck them in the bin for the next client to use in their clean hair. Does anyone see anything wrong but me? I say go for the shampoo, but leave after that's completed. 2 stars was being generous and I hope they get their act together and attempt to be more professional.
