Stop parking in our parking lot – If your customers park in our parking lot they will have there car move by towing or not move at all with flats
Great barbecue chicken pizza – The food and the drinks are great. The music is also great. Great place to network and meet new people.
well... – we got there on time for our reservation only to be told they didn't have it and that there was a $15 entertainment fee per person. still had to pay $5 bucks for valeting our
on a more positive note we left, called 2 urban licks, and they had a table waiting for us in 20 minutes. if you've have never been there i highly recommend.
Excellent Food and Service!!!!!!! – We took a family of eight here after getting done with Aquarium. The service was wonderful and the food was great!!!!! The just put out a new menu and we tried a lot of food off the menu!!! Everything was wonderful!!!!!! Don't know what everyone else is talking about but will always go back there. One of favorite places in Atlanta.
Worst Service I have ever received – We came as a party of 14 (ie a huge bill) however there were only 10 of us when we walked in. we were told that if there other four dont show within 10 minutes are reservation would be cancelled (the place was empty)
luckily we made it in time only to wait for half an hour before being served our drinks and reminded the waitress who forgot 5 of them over and over.
the food was cold, and not very good but then the "house band" started playing right next to where we were sitting and extremely loudly. I spoke with the manager who said sorry but i dont care what you have to say.
Overall this was probably the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant and WILL NEVER go back to this place
oh h__ no! run for fear of overpricing and boredom – For a twenty a head cover (females- 40 for males) I would have expected to at least dance to a full song for the first 2 hours that I am there. Although your location wasn't hard to find and seemed fun and inviting on the outside, once inside I was totally disappointed by the size of my drink glass (at least 8oz size glass not the 4oz size I would get jello shots in anywhere else). And to charge nine dollars for a drink that size and you have the nerve to put ice in the glass, come on man lets get real. Oh lets not forget the talent on the "1's and 2's." Well lets just say he stinks. I didn't come to a club to here the deejay talk more than I here music. I also didn't just pay twenty dollars to get in a place where I get a 30sec sound bite of a song only to here another one for the same amount of time. This went on for 2 hours. I didn't get a chance to sweat out my hairdo needless to say and that was the whole point of going to the club. Have fun dancing and enjoying some me time. My girlfriend who was told this was the place for us to go to have fun, and myself were so bored it was ridiculous. Besides the cover and the drink I would have been ok if I could have at least gotten to dance and have fun. Oh yea.. as the club thinned out and another deejay was to start playing (which he played a song I liked for more than 30seconds) and the floor filled with dancers here come the the deejay who likes to here himself again. Totally disrepecting the other person and playing something else which didn't improve my mood or the older crowd that was still there to party the younger ones out the door. Let's just say I will not be visiting again.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!! – ALL I CAN SAY IS HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! Before I decided to write my own review, I read all the others and I realized that ITS NOT JUST ME! I also realized that if people would STOP paying the $20 and turn and walk away THE BUSINESS WOULD BE FORCED TO STOP CHARGING TO ENTER!! ITS THAT SIMPLE!! INSTEAD OF BEING SO PRESSED TO GO IN DISPITE THE RIDICULOUS FEE THEY CHARGE, PEOPLE SHOULD SIMPLY STOP PAYING!! $20 TO ENTER A RESTAURANT AND THEN SPEND ANOTHER $30-$40 MIN ON FOOD AND DRINKS IS HWY ROBBERY!! PLEASE BELIEVE, I AM NOT A CHEAP PERSON BY FAR, BUT I AM DEFINATELY NOT WILLING TO SUPPORT A RESTAURANT WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCH AS LUCKIE LOUNGE!! PLEASE STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
You might get lucky... And then you might not... – Okay, so I've been to Luckie 3 times all within the last six months. Two times on a Wed night and once on a Friday afternoon for lunch. I was lucky as the name suggests the first two times. I enjoyed their food, my fav is the calamari and ichiban sushi. To die for (well not really die, but you get what I'm saying)!!! If you've never been just go so you can get it out your system. It's a swanky spot, with TV's galore, an open kitchen, sushi bar, and overall nice layout. Everything is pretty open and airy and 'new' which may help aide that feeling. The last time I went I was surprised they weren't taking food orders at the bar (or maybe it was just my order, cause it was only 11). I clearly do remember eating there the first time around that time at the bar with no problems. This time I was so "politely" informed its too late to order here I have to wait and request a table. Wow, I've never been to a restaurant, or lounge that you couldn't order food from the bar when the kitchen is open until 2. Doesn't this go against the business of making money when providing a service? Anywho, there isn't much to do after you eat or drink. I really wouldn't call their small roped off square a dance floor. So if you're trying to dance this ain't the spot. This place is for people watching. Or if you get lucky you could lounge.
Won't go back – Luckie has a very nice decor and is quite spacious. That's all the good I can say. First and foremost I personally find it ridiculous to charge to get in a restaurant. Not good business (I remember the Martini Club on Crescent did that amongst others and they are all closed now). The wait staff is not friendly at all nor attentive. I ordered the crab cakes and since the waitress didn't tell the server where to bring the food my order was left it on the counter at the end of the bar!!! Fortunately I was looking out and managed to pick up my food myself before it got cold or who knows what else. I think it is unacceptable to pay $20 to get in and then pay $10-$12 for a cocktail in a small plastic cup! On my last and only visit we reserved an area that was double booked with another party. I have no plans of going back. Based on the service and overcharging I suspect this venue will soon bite the dust. Which sad because managing the location differently could change that I think.
You have to be kidding me! – If you like the old Club Visions (broke people acting extra rich) then this is your spot. The staff doesn't know how to treat people. Everything there is over priced from the valet ($20) to the bar ($10 for very weak drinks) to the sushi ($12). The service and taste is terrible. We went there with a large party for a friends birthday and they treated us horribly from the valet to the bar. People that prepay for VIP don't receive it!! There are much better and more fun places to be in Atlanta. Please don't waste your money.
