My mother in law has lived in her home for 60 years, lives along in a small frame house and has never had a water bill like now. $109 dollars, she's now not using water at all, meter never gets checked and no body will help her at all. My father in law just passed away and she has to make her money last all month
Her water bill is double mine we have checked and there's no leaks. It was $200 this year already no way can this lady use this much water
Looks like someone would held her and not take advantage of the elderly
This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with.The customer service is terrible. I have received more water WARNINGS than I have bills and then they act like you are at fault when you have the paperwork in their face showing you paid the bill. I don't get having to pay for dirty water in the first place.
I agree with todtown and I find it offensive that in our cyberspace generation that you cannot get anybody to answer a phone at a utility business. Apparently their services only extend to rate increases and low quality water to put it mildly.
Has anybody ever heard of cross training? – Greater Ouachita Water Company's customer service department seems to consist of one person. So if you call their office while that person is at lunch, you never get passed the automated call routing system. Your only options are to hang up or let the telephone robot lady hang up for you.
