Cozy little place in Chelsea – I work nearby so I've been to this restaurant about 6 or 7 times. The atmosphere is comfortable especially when the weather is nice. On a humid summer day, it gets a little hot inside because they don't have the best air-conditioning. The place is very small but I've never experienced a wait. The food is simply mediocre: it's not great, it's not bad. I've had some basic crepes and they are fine but you shouldn't expect anything special. While the servers seem like nice people, one gets the impression that they don't really know anything about the food. I've had the same waiter about 4 times and, each time, he acts like it is his first day and he's still learning the menu. The prices are extremely reasonable and the restaurant makes for a good place to have a conversation. If you want to catch up with one or two people, this would be a nice option.

Disappointing lunch – Not up to par with any of the other crepe bistros I've been to in NYC. I was served a dirty and cracked water glass. Yuck. Bread dish was also cracked. Bread was pretty good. Spinach quiche was bland, greasy and seemed microwaved and not very fresh. Service was slow even though the place was nearly empty. I won't be back.

Diminutive bistro adds a dose of Gallic charm to Chelsea. – In Short
This bistro offers a quaint alternative to Chelsea's glut of chains and Thai spots. Though it more than lives up to its petite title, the space manages to pack in plenty of Europhile details like a pressed-tin ceiling and tables topped with bottles of Pellegrino (for purchase). Sweet and savory crepes and classic French sandwiches--croque monsieur, saucisson buerre--provide for nibbling needs, while steak au poivre, veal stew and grilled salmon tend to more committed appetites.

Horrible service and decent food... never again – I definitely do NOT recommend this place. My friend and I sat down with only 4 other people in the restaurant on a Tues night. After not being greeted or drink orders not taken for some time I ordered the steak l'entrecote. 40 minutes yes 40 minutes later after being engrossed in conversation I realized my food was no where to be found. I asked for my food and got an excuse of "I am sorry I have been fighting with my kitchen all night. I do not care about your internal problems bring me my food. Then he had the nerve to say ok how about a dessert on me. Well at this point I would have eaten my shoe. Finally after I made mention of my disgust the steak comes out a few minutes later. The steak is undercooked as I had asked for it to be served medium, but in their rush to hurry up and cook my forgotten order it came out bloody. I was seriously about to walk out and go to pop burger. I only ate the steak because I was about to pass out. I even told the guy it was my first time to the restaurant. Now any person with common sense would have comped the food an asked us to return with their compliments on a free round of drinks or something. So I threw him a $20 saying that I thought it to be more than fair. Never again ..............

Delicious Everything – My bf and I came here for our 3rd month anniversary. This is a cozy cafe with delicious food! We ordered the salmon and goat cheese crepe for an appetizer - it was unlike any crepe we've had. As for the entree, we had the burger and the rib-eye steak au poivre. The burger was juicy and the fries were to die for! The rib-eye was tender and cooked perfectly. We will definitely eat here again!
