My sister, mother and I had been on a long road trip and landed at the hotel Thursday evening. We had a problem with our sliding door, so we moved to another room. We had another issue with the room. Why we were tired and not happy about this, we did not want to move rooms again. The staff was very nice, and bent over backwards to correct the problem. The staff were very friendly and in the end we enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we all were able to get the rest we needed. This could have been a bad review if not for the great customer service. The restaurant was very good as well. I would stay here again!
I recently stayed here the place is "like home" to me. This was my second stay there with another similar stay like the above for a fraternal convention about the same time of year (June). All the staff, food, desk, etc were excellent and informative and _honest_. At my most recent stay I had left my billfold in the room and it was found. My life was in that billfold. A staff person retreived it and had it at the desk when I returned. I felt so safe here. One of the best in the USA.
Beautiful hotel, wonder service! Felt at home the minute I walked in. David York and his staff are unbeatable!! Will be staying ONLY at this hotel when I visit my family! I live in Charlotte, NC and travel alot...Hands down the best!
We are frequent visitors to Colorado Springs. Our stay was June 30 through July 4. Hotel has been remodeled and refreshed in the last few years; it is inviting and comfortable. The rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. Bathroom is of adequate size, and has two lavatories with one being inside the bathroom and one in the dressing area. Parking is plentiful and access to the hotel easy. We have always had a good experience here; this is our first choice in Colorado Springs.
Lauren was a great bartender. Everything was wonderful, due to Lauren.
After bouncing around a few different hotels during my regular stays in Colorado Springs, I have decided that the Hotel Elegante is my favorite. The various courtyards make you forget how close you actually are to the highway and the indoor pool is an oasis despite the weather outside.
Service, solid breakfast buffet for $11, housekeeping staff, proximity to World Arena events and US-25.
I've stayed in several hotels in the Colorado Springs area and the Crowne Plaza is the best combination of comfort, affordability, and cleanliness. The indoor pool area is very welcoming and the food and service was impeccable. I will definitely be coming back!
The staff at this hotel were"over the top" helpful. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub with all the mature trees and plants around. I will be staying at Crowne Plaza everytime I fly out of Colorado Springs.
