Good food - not so good service – They need better service there!
Very Very Slow Service – This place has very delicious food no doubt about that its nicely decorated, televisons everywhere with fun trivias. Despite those nice little things I am giving it little stars due to the fact that service is rediculously slow we waited more then 45 minutes to get served on a weekday nearly empty. They also charge for extra BBQ suace 50 cents ok whateever thats nothing my issue was I waited 30 minutes for BBQ suace when I was already done with my food I told the waiter to take it right back and to get the manager. I explained to the manager about the slow service I was recieveing and he seem out of it as if he didn't know what i was speaking of, I was so fid up that I just said please give me the check and the manager said never mind its on the house. That was the only good thing he said besides him being in another world, it isn't complicated to understand what slow service means especially if you're going on a weekday where its nearly empty.
Beer and wings – the thing that made this pretty interesting was drunken trivia games. it is a pretty fun time with pretty good wings.
Like they say Wings Beer Sports. – This place isn't all that bad, the beers aren't watered down it's a $2 budwiser and just maybe if customers don't cuss the wait staff among other little nasty things we do(like I've seen so many times) your experience will be a whole lot better. I do agree not having napkins and forks is ridiculous but realy is it an every day thing. Oh and don't bring your girl on a date here it's to rowdy and how cheep are u really. It's a bar and grill ppl not five star dining. I'm there four days a week and I see it all check your attitude NY'ers. If you wanna see a game have a drink eat some wings and chill with friends this is a great place to be.
Decent Wings, Good times – I'd go here with my co-workers for lunch. One time we went for after-work drinks but the bartenders took forever (depsite not being busy, unless you count talking amongst themselves as busy) and the drinks were WAY overpriced. It's a good place for lunch and we always have fun playing the free trivia game. If you order take-out be prepared to wait awhile - they are NOT speedy.
ITS NOT THAT BAD – My girl friend and I go every saturday afternoon, the food isn'y exactly Anthony Bordain approved but it goes well with the cheap beer. The service is always friendly and prompt. But again we are white, so they know they're getting a tip.
Complete Incompetence – DO NOT GO HERE...as stated by all the rest...the worst service ever. I order takeout for myself, my husband and my 7 year old son. 40 minutes later no food while others have order after me and rec'd there food...they finally give me a bag with food and as I open all the containers...surprisingly not my order...I demand a refund, as my child is left hungry, and the manger comes over gives me a refund and does not even have the decency to say sorry..all these people need to be FIRED?starting with the manager, down to each little rude and incompetent staff member!
Worst ever! – This is the worst restaurent ever, the service has always been bad but I still went there sometimes. But the last time, May 28th, around 6:00 PM, we can never forget. There were no forks and knifes, and no napkins. The waiter said they had run out of them (Target is next door) and when we insisted on napkins because the kids need them, the waiter bought paper towels from the bathroom!!! Can you believe that!! A lot of other things hapenned and we are never/ever going back to that place.
Cold food and bad service – We gave it three tries and each one was bad. We had to wait about an hour for our food and there was always a mistake with the order. The staff are rude and unfriendly and impossible to find. Compared to other fast food places this was really bad.
could it get worse? – I just pulled up these reviews while searching for a place that delivers wings in the neighborhood. and it reminded me of my first and only visit here, some time in 2007. Spot on. I spent 50 minutes here for a simple order - and it was torture. It would be hard to imagine how uninterested the staff is in helping you - in fact, you'll note that the cashier area is empty - empoyees hide in the back.
