Thank you so very much for taking care of all of our mortgage needs in a timely matter. It means a great deal to me and does say a lot about you when a potential life altering transaction is taken care of in our absence. All we had to do was come home and sign the papers. TILA Mortgage for refinance (worked with Jeff Amira). TILA is a company that I had no prior knowledge about before hearing their many ads all over the radio.

This last month I was in a debate with myself trying to decide if I should pick BoA (currently holding my mortgage) or TILA for the refinance of my existing mortgage. I initially called TILA to see what the process of refinancing was like and if there were any costs associated with the process as well as the current rates. I spoke with a Senior Loan Officer named Jeff Amira. He answered all of my questions and gave me a breakdown using the current rates (even when only using the rough figures that I could provide him). He followed up every day or two asking if there were any further questions I had about the process and if there was anything he could do to help me better understand the process of refinancing.

During this time, I also spoke with a representative with BoA and asked similar questions. Throughout the process of speaking with the BoA representative, I ended up sending many phone calls that did NOT get responded to. After about 2 weeks of playing phone tag, I decided to give up on using BoA for my refinance.

I actually am scheduled to close my refinance using TILA tomorrow and I'm so glad I choose them! I worked with Jeff Amira throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier in doing so. As the process went along, he was always available to answer questions via e-mail as well as the phone whenever questions came up (even late into the night!). If I thought there might have been a misunderstanding during the process, he made sure to correct it (as necessary) and provided answers as to why I thought there might be any misunderstandings.

TILA is a company I will be recommending to all of my friends who are looking to refinance their home mortgages and I would suggest others reading this use them too!

Jeff Amira @ Tila Mortgage Was Excellent. Jeff Amira @ Tila was the consummate professional. He kept my wife and I up to date on the process, was patient with our inquiries and lack of, promptly emailed communicative information, and found us a great re-fi rate.

Still suck. It has been one year since they screwed my wife and me over. Stay away from these guys. You can find way better mortgage companies. Their radio ads are lies. Protect yourself and go elsewhere!

Excellent Service at Tila in Renton. Refinancing our house recently was actually a great experience through Tila in Renton. Our Rep "Jeff" was not only helpful and considerate, but with us every step of the way. Even when we forgot to do something he reminded us in a good way to keep on track. It took no time to drop $950 a month on our mortgage. If you are looking to lower your payments with a painless process, I would highly recommend going to Tila and ask for Jeff.

Great service!. I purchased a home at the peak of the boom in 2007 and the mortgage company that I used felt like a used car salesman, so when everyone told me it was time to refinance, I put if off as long as I could because I just didn't feel like the mortgage business was very trustworthy. Enter Ryan at TILA mortgage. He was up front and honest and made the process so simple and easy. Most everything was able to be done electronically, which was very helpful in my busy life. A year later.....my husband and I had the opportunity to buy a short sale home, and he once again made the very complex process understandable and as smooth as possible. I recommended TILA to my sister for her refinance as well and she was happy with their service. As they state in their ads and in their name, they adhere to the Truth in Lending Act, so everything is understandable. If I had any questions at all, Ryan was very quick to respond and answer them. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family looking for a mortgage!
