This company is HORRIBLE. I wish I read the reviews before using them! We paid $125 for what was supposed to be a "move out deep clean" We were told we would have 4 people for 2 hours. We got 3 people for 1 hour 20 min. They showed up over an hour late, walked in and said "OK, how do we do this?" Not sure why they asked us how to clean our house when they are the cleaners! After they left, one of our toilets was still dirty, only one side of the shower was cleaned, they swept all of the dirt and dog hair under a shelf, left the dust from the fans laying on the tops of our beds, they did not put anything back that they moved to clean. They only dusted a small portion of the shelves. I was FURIOUS, as were were putting our house on the market the next day. They skimmed us on time, the amount of people they were sending to clean. Completly robbed us out of $125. I will never use them again, they were rude and only wanted to be in and out and get their money. We left while they cleaned and they wanted us to come right back to pay them, we came back and they were still working, but they expected us to wait for THEM when they were an hour late!
This company is very unprofessional. Often showed up late or not at all. Did a poor job cleaning. Do not use!!
Do not use them. Awful service. Reporting to BBB and Groupons and Living Social. They even asked me not to pay thru those services to pay cash thru them, now I know why. Please use discretion from these people and do a search, lots of bad reviews and some more on its way. Plus they say SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND THEY DONT HONOR IT.
The Worst Customer Service – Customer Service is HORRIBLE! They don't show up on time..show up when they feel like and no apologies, BAU for them. Found them through Groupon ..don't waste your money. They did not care to keep me as a customer at all. I don't think they need any customers.
Horrible customer service – I made an appointment. They didn't come. They said they would be there in 1 1/2 hours. They still didn't come. No phone call, nothing. Finally, over ANOTHER 1 1/2 hours, they decided to show up. They didn't give me any excuses or apologies. I sent them on their way, so I don't know how they clean, but they are terrible at customer service. I was so upset, I created an account with this site just so I could review them!
Did a good job! – I bought a deal for Royalty Cleaning through Deals that Give Back, thought I would give them a try for the money. They did a good job, they missed a couple dust bunnies in the Kitchen but I was satisfied overall with their work. I will continue to use them on a monthly basis.
I bought the groupon and these people are the worst... I wount use them for a free cleaning.. Dont waste your money.

I LOVE "cleaning day" because I have no worries it will be done exactly right.
