I wish ya'll had a drop-off box for pre-paid packages. It would be very convenient for those who can't make it to the store before the closing time.
Re: Bad service – This is Jason from Parcel Post writing a response to the review from Tinsleytodd. Although they did write a comment after the fact of leaving a negative review, I wanted to explain what happened with this package. After the customer left the store I had only charged $100 to ship a heavy 42" Plasma TV which I admit was and error in my judgement. While I did admit I did not gauge the cost of shipping correctly and was not prompt to letting the customer know about the error of the cost, we did ship the item with the needed materials and extra size of the box at our expense. At Parcel Post we want our customers to be satisfied with the service here and will make sure this continues to happen just like with all of our other satisfied customers.
Bad service – This place made a mess of an order and didn't charge us the right rate and didn't ship our package. After paying over $100 to ship, they asked me for $200 more in fees. He was supposed to call us back Monday, didn't took off Tuesday and called us Wednesday to tell us the TV wasn't shipped. Jason tried to cover the error up by stating he was scared the package would be damaged. I had already paid for insurance and their packaging. He told me I could keep the box and have 2 shipments free. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Not a good place to do business.. They made mistakes and did everything to cover it up and not take care of the customer.. Should be put out of business.
Used to be a great place – I went in today to get some papers copied. The person who was working, who said his name was James, reluctantly took my 22 page packet and walked over to the copy machine. He declared that the 3 crease in my packet made him unable to put the papers in the feeder to be able to copy it. I then suggested that the lid be lifted to complete the task to which he replied, "Well if you want to pay me to stand here I can do that, or you can come do it yourself." I then told him that I had money in my hand ready to pay for this service to which he stated, "Ma'am I am very busy too." I then took the papers and put them on the feeder and they all went through just fine. When I asked to see the manager he proclaimed that he is the manager and owner......
