Yellow Cab Company stole my iPhone. I used it in the cab, got out and walked into work. I realized that I did not have it, immediately called and they denied having it! I called back later and was told by an extremely rude woman "honey, we can't help you".

AVOID!!! They will steal your possessions.

The worst company to deal with – I could not believe it when the lady I spoke too on the phone ARGUED with me over where I asked to get a cab, knowing I WAS RIGHT. She had the worst attitude, and could have cared less that my time is completely wasted because of her f*** up. Everytime I call this place, it's always late. ALWAYS. This was the last time. You waste my time, I'll waste yours. This company blows, and I will never use them again under any circumstance. Too bad I have no choice but to give them a one star.

TAXI SERVICE – The Yellow Cab In Springfield, Mass is far the worst taxi service in the many cities I've been. About 80% of the time I've called, the line just rings and rings, and that's when the line don't sound with the busy tone. During the daytime is almost impossible to wait for one and that's not even mentioning the holidays. I mean you are gonna have a public service, you should please the public right? I truly think that some else should take over this company to make it more efficient.

worst experience ive had in a long time – they are terrible i had 2 give the cab driver my cell phone and wallet as colateral so he new i would pay the fare, since i had to step inside the house to get his money, i agreed 2 it knowing that i would be right back out with his money but as soon as i got to the door of the house he sped away i had to go down to the cab co. main office when i got there they could not find my stuff i had to go back again the next day i finnaly recieved my phone and wallet. when i recieved the phone it was broken and my wallet was missing important things like ssn card the drivers name was dave and the managers didnt seem 2 care about anything but the fare so for $28 i got a short ride, a broken phone, important id items stolen, a headach and a hassle, not to mention the gas i had to waste 2 go to the cab co 2 times. so if its not a life or death sitiution DONT USE YELLOW CAB of springfield ma

yellow cab has a monopoly in springfield – on 1-2-09, I called for a yellow cab at 11AM. I was told the vehicle wOULD ARRIVE IN 15 MINS. A2;r56 PM the cab had still not ARRIVED AND THE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO YELLOW CAB TO INQUITRE ABOUT MY TRANSPORTATION WENT UNANSWERED, BECAUSE THEY HAD TAKEN THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK.

NOW, I AM A REASONABLY INTELLIGENT PERSON WHO COULD UNDERSTAND THAT THE CAB MAY NOT ARRIVE FOR POSSIBLY AN HOUR RATHER THAN THE LIE OF 15 MINS.

WHAT LIARS YOU ARE.

yOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLEAND SINCE YOU HAVE A MONOPLY ON THIS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE IN THE AREA, WHOO TO OUR CITIZENS OF THE CITY!!!

iS THERE NOT SOMEONE OUT THERE WITH FUNDS TO CHALLENGE THIS COMPANY. WE DESERVE BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid Yellow Cab, there are more Services in town. – I wrote a review a while back. Being on the drivers seat changes your perspective about the job and service. First off I will admit that we've had a few rude drivers and we have rude customers as well.

Here's what happens sometimes, some customers run off and don't pay or tend to give the drivers a real hard time. We do serve the public, that is of course our job.

There are nights where it is extremely busy and it can be difficult to get a cab dispatched to your location due to it being either way too busy or not many drivers on shift. We do our best to get you where you need to go, I even work the best that I can so that my customer can save time and money if possible.

It is a good company, we may just need more people on shift so that we can get our customer in and out fast.

THE WORST SERVICE PEOPLE – I just wanted to write in to tell my experience with Yellow Cab on 8/7/08. I called for a cab for a client of ours and was told that one would be there in 10 minutes. That person was standing in front of our building for approximately 40 minutes. I called a second time and was told that no one was there when the cab arrived.

The dispatcher said again the cab will be there in a few minutes. We waited another 25 minutes. Finally, one of our staff saw what was going on and took the gentleman to his meeting in her own car.

The thing that really irked me the most was just the absolute rudeness of the dispatcher. I was hung up on twice. If you could imagine a really, really awful person, who probably doesn't like her job that's the voice I heard on the other end.

I was told that no one was outside waiting when the cab arrived. That was a lie. From my desk I saw R. waiting all that time. I was told again by a second woman (probably sisters - same attitude and rudeness ) that I could call 788-4811 and complain. My plan is to do just that.

I hope these two women's supervisor reads this and makes some adjustment in personnel. I really don't understand how a service can employ such rude and downright nasty dispatchers. That's what bothers me the most about this. If I were that rude at my job, I know I would be shown the door.
