I highly recommend this company. They mounted new permachrome wheels on my 2013 Taurus and ONLY use the HUNTER balancer. The order/service process was exceptional. They are real car guys. I think the other reviewer was an upset competitor because US Wheel Exchange is a superior wheel company that uses the HUNTER wheel balancer that other companies cannot afford. Go with this company if you cherish your wheels!

Exchange.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
If you have a problem no one will answer the phone or get back to you.
They also go by the name Spectrum Metalworks Inc.
They ripped me off and there's nothing I can do about it but I can warn others.
