These guys are fantastic. They answered every question about my water heater that I had and explained it so I could understand it. They were respectful of both my home and myself. They found the problem with the water heater and didn't try to sell me a whole new heater since they were able to fix the problem. All in all, excellent company. Would use again:)
To keep it short and sweet, they re on time, communicative, and clean. They were also very respectful when entering my home. Can t complain.
So, I found out that some water pipes in my house were leaking and it was skyrocketing my water bill. I called these guys and they said they could be out around 1-2 that day to tell me where the leak was and the options available to fix it. They showed up, did some leak detection, and showed me what they had found. They said fortunately that since it would be fairly easy to reroute, the cost would be cheaper and that it would be a better option that digging into the ground just to fix that one breach. I agreed and they came out the next day to reroute the main water line. They did their work and kept it as clean as they could when doing it, and any mess they made when doing the reroute was cleaned up afterwards. Everyone seemed to be good spirits while working and were very informative about it. They did the water reroute no sweat and talked to us when we had questions. Great people.
So, maybe you've had this nightmare before. I got a massively high water bill, and when a 25 year old and his roommate live in a one story house, there is no way it should've been as high as it was. I called the water company and they had told me that i had a leak in my main water line. They told me to call a plumber and see what they could do. I did a little research and stumbled on these guys. They told me their for leak detection, and it seemed reasonable so I scheduled my appointment for my next day off on Wednesday (it was a Saturday when I called). They arrived and were very courteous when they entered my roommate and I's home. They had explained there was a break in the water main, and luckily it was in the front yard, so they didn't have to break open my floor in the house or cut into the walls. They told me that the best option would be to replace the whole line instead of fixing that single problem as if it broke once, it'll break again. It made sense to me so I agreed to replacing the water main. Luckily for us, my roommate had the following day off, so we scheduled the repipe for the next day. I came home from work Thursday just as they were finishing up so I asked them how it went and they ran through everything with me. They explained to me how the new line they installed was a much better and stronger material than the previous main line, and the leak had been eliminated. At the end of the day (literally lol), they had done their job and did it right. Excellent company 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
So, I got my water bill and it was astronomically large. I knew this wasn t right, so I figured I had a leak somewhere on my property. I called around and foud this company. They told me that first they wpuld have to do leak detection to see if they could find the leak. I said that was fine and scheduled an appointment. They called me 30 minutes beforehand to make sure it was still okay and kept good communication with me. Once they arrived, they got right to it and found it. They gave me two options to fix it, either to dig it up and fix the single problem, or replace the entire line. At first I thought just fixing the problem would be fine, but then I got to thinking What if it happens again? , so I decided to just have them replace the line. They came back the next day, killed the bad line, and put my new one in. Throughout the entire process of replacing my main line, they were very reassuring and helpful. Definitely a recommendation.
So, while I was out of town, I got a call from my girlfriend. She was freaking out because our water heater had flooded the garage while she was at work. I told her to calm down and to look up a company that seemed like a good company and then to text me the name and number. She sent me this company, so I gave them a call and the woman on the phone was very reassuring. I scheduled an appointment for the next day as it was late in the day when the flood had happened and I was going to be back in town by then anyway. They were kind enough to call 30 minutes before they came out, and when they showed up to our home, they were very courteous. The plumbers got the old water heater out, cleaned up some of the filth that was there from the water, and then got the new water heater up and running. For such a rotten event, they were very helpful throughout getting the problem taken care of. This company gets a 10/10 in my book any day.
I can't think of a bad thing about this company. Not only do they know what they're doing, but, unlike other workers I've had in my home, they're friendly and just seem like very down to earth people. I know some can say its probably just a show, but not with these guys! They are 100% honest. They were able to get my water heater installed in no time flat. 10/10 Would use again
I was visiting my dad's house the other day and we found out that one of the toilets was leaking at the bottom but we didn't know why. We called these guys to have em take a look at it and see if it was fixable or not. We didn't mind either way as my dad was planning on replacing the toilet eventually anyway and we already had the new unit, but had yet to put it in. After we all checked it out, we noticed something we hadn't before. There was a small crack on the bowl. Since it was cracked, we just had it replaced instead of messing with it, if that even was an option. They got the old one out and plopped the new one in there in no time at all. My dad loves it, so we've got nothing to complain about on our end!
So, I got a very high water bill last month, and there was no way my roommate and I used that much water. After a little searching of our own, we couldn't find anything, so we deciding to call someone. After getting a bunch of rude people and/or outrageous prices, we called these guys. They were the opposite of what we had been dealing with, being very accommodating and helpful throughout the phone call, and they gave us a not too shabby price to come and inspect it. We scheduled it for the following day. They came out, did some leak detection, and found out that there was a leak underneath the house. That didn't exactly sound good, but we were given two options to fix it. A: Break up the flooring in the house, get down to the problem, and fix it. The only problem with this method is that it only guaranteed that problem, so if something else broke, we'd have to call someone again to fix it. Option B was to route a new line in the walls and ceiling and kill the old one. This option, while more expensive, was the better of the two in the long run, as it saved us the worry of the line breaking again. We gave them the OK and let them do their thing. They got it done and cleaned it up fairly nicely. Good prices, good people, and they know what they're doing. What more can ya ask for?
Well, where to begin? First off, they had a very friendly presence about them over the phone. They answered every question I had about my issue, which was that my water heater had started leaking. We eventually scheduled an appointment for the next day to come replace it and haul the old one away. They arrived, checked to see if the water had caused any damage, which it hadn't thankfully, and then proceeded to get started after i gave them the okay to go ahead. They were all very respectful of me and my home, and they didn't leave a mess in my garage. My final verdict on this company is 10/10. It doesn't get much better than this.
