Tips for Jalapenos Mexican Restaurant
Our Neighborhood Haunt. Quality meats make this a better than average Mexican restaurant. The carnitas are melt in your mouth tender, beef is wonderfully seasoned steak-so far we havent seen any ground beef here. Seafood has been good as well. Not all of the sauces have appealed to me on the entrees, but with a very broad menu selection, I intend to keep trying new things. Skip dessert, the flan and soppapillas were not their best items. My guess is that they don't serve much dessert, since the entrees are wonderfully huge. The restaurant is clean and pleasant. The staff is attentive and friendly. Pass the other Mexican restaurants-make a special trip here! We just brought a large group in this weekend and they were able to accomode us easily, including splitting a tricky check without issue.
