Very Bad Experience.

went there for a simple oil change and break inspection. They sold me an additional big service which I didn't have any plans for. Gave an estimate for 3 hrs. After 3 hrs, they called and said it will take 2 hrs. Again after 2 hrs it took them another 2 hrs. And finally, they didn't do the break inspection and said technicians were out. The lady did a price mistake and was even arguing with me that she was doing it correctly and reminding me of her 15 years of experience. I have to again talk to the manager and he finally understood the pricing mistake. They said they have done a multi point inspection and just told me that everything is fine. When I asked about the inspection document, they gave me just a paper written with pen. They wasted my whole day and finally didn't do the service what I went for.

Service=EH...Customer Service=Horrible – They really only get one star because the repaired tire has not had any other issues. I brought my car in to have a tire repaired and ended up leaving without my IPod I had in the glove compartment.

2 disclaimers...

1st... I know I should have taken the ipod out but I assumed a large establishment like Sears would hire more civil individuals than any old shop in the hood.

2nd...I also should have checked for it the moment I got my car back but considering I had things to do and the 45min job took 2 hours I was in a bit of a rush. I didn't drive that car for a few days and didn't realize the IPod was missing until about a week after I had been to the shop.

Now knowing that the car was locked and had not driven since then I called Sears to figure out what had happened. Although I was very upset I was calm with everyone I spoke with up to the manager who told me that he would have LP take a look at the camera and see if anyone was in that area of the car. An hour or so later he called and explained that from the camera he could not see if anyone had been in my glove compartment. He did know everyone who had worked on and been in my car and explained that he would "interview" them and would call me back the next week with what he could find. It has been over a month now and I have not have heard from them since.

At the end of the day it was only a IPod nano but establishments like this with good for nothing managers that hire criminals to steal from hard working upstanding individuals need to take a much closer look during their screening and background checks.

Worst Experience ever! – Only reason this "business" got 1 star is because it wont let me give 0 stars. Went in for a simple oil change and noticed the pool of oil under the car the next morning. Not the first time this happened here. The first time they put an oversize plug in after stripping the original. Okay, no big deal problem fixed right? Until 8 months later when I went in for another "simple" oil change. Same problem occured again due to the "mechanics" not knowing how to properly screw a plug in. I was forced to pay for a new oil pan, after dealing with Byron the more than useless manager, who blamed the problem on the vehicle which never leaked a drop of oil prior to going to SEARS AUTO. I asked for his managers number which he rudely refused to give me. I eventually got his managers number elsewhere and have also contacted the BBB for the worst service, and customer service ever. Beware, if they cannot successfully change oil what can they do?
