VERY POOR SERVICE; DO NOT GO HERE – Do not go to this store! I have been an AT&T customer 16 years and have never had an experience like this. Last weekend, I went to this store for 2 things: 1) an explanation for not receiving a bill for June therefore I was billed for 2 months and 2) to return the Samsung Infusion phone my husband did not like (he had the phone less than 30 days). I spoke with Tony who could not give an explanation to why I was not billed in June therefore have a double bill for July. When I had a question about one of his answers, he pretended to go the the room in the back of the store and speak to a manager. After giving Tony approximately 1 1/2 hours of my time to get things straightened out, I asked to speak to the manager. Low and behold she was standing within ear shot of me the whole time. She was NOT in the back room as Tony pretended. She came over and I explained my situation to her and she was absolutely no help at all. I wanted my husband's old phone back in service and she would not let us do that without a data plan added and she would not waive the $35.00 restocking fee for the newer phone. And she could not give me a reasonable explanation for the double billing. My contract was up and I wanted to cancel my service with AT&T and I stated this. She was willing to lose a valued customer over minimal issues which it was obvious she was not willing to compromise. I went to the AT&T store in Noblesville and they were able to answer my question on the double billing (the reason was noted in my account) and they satisfied the issue with my husband's phone in less than 15 minutes. I advise everyone to go to Noblesville and maybe the Fishers store will go out of business. By the way, the managers name at Fishers is AMANDA.
