Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I hired Keri to be my wedding planner for my VERY complex wedding at The Driskill Hotel this past December. Keri, Shelley, Kristen and Rachel all did a PHENOMENAL job with EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. The name says it all! I had no less than about 75 specific tiny details that I wanted showcased and these women really knocked it out of the park. Every place card, every petal and every single fleck of glitter was meticulously placed exactly where it was meant to be. Shelley (bless her heart) even took time out of the evening to pat me down with damp washcloths when my dress got too hot for me! These women really have it together, and here's the best part: we started the ceremony ON TIME! Who does that?
If there were any issues with decor or anything that day I don't know about it. I made it no easy task and Keri, Shelley, Kristen and Rachel handled each and every request I had with a smile on their faces and a calm and reassuring manner. Every time I got overwhelmed with excitement one of them was there with a drink (of water or otherwise!) for both myself and my husband.
Not only was everything perfectly placed, centered, and aligned, the ceremony started on time, and the reception clean up was done in 30 minutes! They have it together like a well-oiled machine and I just cannot say enough about these women...they have all really found their calling and love what they do.
On the planning side, Keri (my main contact) was always available via text or email (and usually by phone) to answer any questions I had and to offer up suggestions. She helped put together the A+ team of event professionals for my wedding. Everyone was so awesome, and Keri handled all the details of each and every contract for me. She kept me on time with payments, deposits, scheduling, and even distributed the tips for me at the end of the night! It was SO NICE to show up to my wedding and not have to worry about a single thing. She and her team are straight MIRACLE workers and EVERY bride should have the experience I did.
Do yourself a favor and speak with them about doing your wedding! It was the single best decision I made in regards to my wedding, and I have them to thank (and thank and thank) for that.

Unless you want your big day ruined, don't use this one! – Unless you want absolutely everything screwed up on your big day, find someone with more experience and without so many personal distractions. She was late arriving because something else had come up. She was stressed, trying to do ten things at once. One of our glasses was broken but she never admitted doing it, even though a couple of others saw her. The one thing you don't want in a wedding coordinator is one who's more stressed out than the bride. If you want things done right with a happy and orderly transition, then find a relaxed, intelligent and organized person, and your day will turn out great--not an hour and a half behind because of your coordinator the way ours was!
I would like to give them 10 stars! – Keri Wootton and her staff, Rachel and Natasha, just handled my daughter's reception last weekend. I never knew we needed a planner. My mom did mine 37 years ago, but weddings are so much more of a production these days. My daughter hired Keri for day off services, but we got so much more. I am an out-of-state mom, so I talked to Keri frequently as did my daughter. Her advice was excellent. She kept our budget in mind and told us what we really did NOT need to buy. That is so nice! The reception was beautiful; all of the details were handled perfectly. The evening was exquisite. Keri's staff is so friendly and professional. I hardly knew they were there. They kept me quite sane and very calm and unruffled. This is the group to hire!
Truly, the details were handled. – Sanity, that is exactly what Keri and her staff provided for my wife and I. LTDTM did an amazing job helping us make our dream wedding come to life! Keri is very passionate about her role as a wedding coordinator and it shows - even though I am sure she had other events on the books, Keri made us feel like our wedding day was her main priority. She took time to get to know us as a couple and genuinely showed interest in what our vision was; then she made it happen. Though we only used here as a "day of" coordinator, I wished by the end of it that we could have hired her to handle the whole thing from start to finish. Keri is also very well connected and networked in the event planning industry. Surely it is not an overstatement to say that hiring Keri was the best decision we made. I would most definitely recommend Keri and the Leave the Details to Me staff to any bride who wants her wedding day to look beautiful and feel unique, but also to any couple who wants to be able to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about the details.
A Wedding Lifesaver!! – Keri is THE woman who will not only put your event together and keep it together, but she'll also keep YOU together!! I am such a laid-back bride and even *I* got upset and frustrated throughout the process as the venue I chose had 2 staff changes. The 3rd manager I got stuck with was horrible... Keri kept me from worrying though as she took charge and got things done!
Anytime I would have a last minute thought, I would ask Keri and she would already have thought about it and taken care of it!!! She works her tail off for you!!!!
My wedding was AMAZING and I really feel like I owe Keri way more than I could pay. It was SO worth it to have her as my wedding coordinator. I HIGHLY recommend her and her team to ANY BRIDE!!! Even if you *think* you don't need a planner or just a day-of coordinator, you really do. Honestly... I don't know what I would've done without her. Things would've been in shambles and I wouldn't have had the happy and amazing day that I did.

Nice attention to detail – My daughter's Bat Mitzvah went smoothly and without a hitch thanks to Keri and her team. We didn't worry about a thing and heard wonderful compliments from our guests. Highly recommended!
Left the Details to Her! – Keri took a personal interest in our Bnei Mitzvah weekend, planning family dinners, service decorations, transportation for guests, and an evening remembered by many. She took our theme ideas and ran with them, using her contacts in lighting, photography and decor to bring the ideas to life. If i was ever wondering if something was done, it was! She kept all of the hundreds of items for the weekend organized, brought everything to the events, and i was able to enjoy the weekend with family and friends. Thanks Keri and staff!!!
OH MY G-D ! Turning 40 was a blast!! – All i can say is "what a party" !! Keri planned my 40th birthday party for me it was amazing. My theme was "I want to be Barbie, that b@#* has everything!" The club where the party took placed was transformed into a Barbie paradise. I am a control freak that did not have to worry about a thing!! Keri thinks of EVERY detail. Keri thank you sooooo much for an awesome party!!! Whatever your event Keri is your pro!!
Great personal service and organizaional skills – Keri made our son's Bar Mitzvah stress free. Her ideas, her vendors and her professional skills were fantastic. Every time I left a meeting with her I felt at ease. I highly recommend Keri and her assistant to anyone who is planning an event. I loved working with her and the outcome was great!
Great event planning – Leave the details to me ... says it all! Keri was excellent, not only did she put together a well organized timeline for the bar mitzvah, her crew pulled together the decor and all the related event details necessary for a great party. I have entertained at many events and the right coordinator really makes the difference --- you want your party to look fantastic, but you also want the flow of events to be seamless, and Keri is all about that! I recommend Keri and her organization for both private and corporate events for a pulled together affair.
