Deceptive, Disorganized, Disaster!! DO NOT go here!! – DECEPTIVE:
*Lied and said
she put 200 strands of hair in,charged for 200, I had it counted, and it turned out to be 98
*Lied and said the hair would last a year, it barely lasted 3 weeks
*Lied and said to call with any problems, and then got a major attitude and refused to resolve issues with her subpar work.
*Told me to wait outside the building for 20 mins before the consult, because "she wasn't ready"
*Didn't know what she was doing when coloring my hair.
*Was more interested in her personal life and partying than handling her business.
*Does not return messages, and when she finally responds, doesn't address any issues you are having. Or, blames you and refuses accountability or to try and fix the problem.
* This was like dealing with a high school student, highly unprofessional, with no courtesy, or respect for a customers time or business.
*Subpar work PULLED OUT MY HAIR, cheap hair matted and tangled after a few weeks, hair had to be CUT OUT because the knotting was so bad.
* I asked for a FULL head of thick, long extensions and got HALF WHAT I PAID FOR, with poor quality installation and Asian hair when it was supposed to be European.
* Other Extension PROFESSIONALS were appalled by her shoddy work, and complete lack of professionalism.
What a nightmare this girl was! Soo unprofessional, major attitude, and completely clueless on how to maintain good client relations, doesn't return messages, and is both uninterested and non-responsive with any issues you may be having with the extensions and her work. She's about making the sale, throwing in crappy hair, taking ur $$ and pushing you out the door. Who runs a business that way?!
I arrive for my appointment, excited to finally get extensions, to find Alicia in the middle of doing a friends hair & complaining she's soo exhausted & starving that she might pass out if she doesn't eat. She's practically lying on her desk telling me she did 3 installs that day & is drained. I ask if she wants to reschedule, feeling nervous & annoyed that my experience is being diminished by her issues. She says,no I'm fine. She then starts playing guessing games with her friend & arguing how color should be mixed, applied & processed, she apparently has NEVER done it before!!
I suggest she better eat something, so the other girl goes to get food. Alicia starts on my hair, but is more concerned with getting Coachella tix, & is texting, emailing, & calling ppl in the middle of my appoint. The girl returns with food & I'm waiting on them to eat, she's eating a burrito with her hands & doing my hair at the same time. The other girl comes over, & without asking starts doing my hair, also without washing her hands after eating a greasy burrito.Classy.
The other girl is complaining during my ENTIRE appointment about how Alicia needs to finish her hair. The service was rushed, & she did not install the 200 strands I paid for, I had it counted, it was 98.She finishes & starts cutting my hair, turns out, she hacked off a ton of my natural hair.
By the third week the hair became very dry & started to shed, by 6 weeks, I'd lost half the thickness,it just kept getting thinner, drier & knotted. When I consulted with her she said the hair would last a year, & it was already dried out & half gone by 2mos, it worked out to be a $400/month price tag! Uhh no thanks!! I don't know about u, but if I'm paying $3000/yr for a service, I expect quality, professionalism & courtesy. I DO NOT expect to have to practically beg to get an appoint or present a case for why she should address her work falling apart, and have my messages go unanswered. The biggest insult is in the end is, SHE canceled my appoint & told me to go elsewhere to avoid having to deal with her subpar work falling apart. Wow
It was the MOST unprofessional experience I have EVER had! Learn some courtesy, & business etiquette, word of mouth goes a looong way, and BAD word of mouth even further!
