Loved it! – My husband & I went on date night and it was very enjoyable. The tapas were delicious and the creme brulee was unbelievably good and big enough to share. The live band was very entertaining and talented. A friend commented that the guitarist looked very much like a Latino Cory Feldman. We agreed. Still, the guy played a mean guitar. The flamenco dancers were great, too. We enjoyed it and would definitely go again.

I liked the Tampa and St. Pete one much better – I was very excited to hear that a Ceviche had opened up downtown. I thought it would be a little more like the one in Tampa and St. Pete. The atmosphere in both of those are fun yet romantic, and comfortable. I always love the sangria in Tampa, and didn't like the way it was made here. It just seemed like more of a chain restaurant than what I had hoped for from my other experiences. I wouldn't go again...

Over 100 hot and cold tapas and an exclusively Spanish wine list make it easy to savor Spanish flavor. – In Short
The restaurant is divided into two sections, the ambient Flamenco Bar and the main dining room, complete with a tapas station where Serrano hams age upside down and cheese and fruits are sliced to serve.
Ceviche is sensual and stunning for its dark wooden floors, high ceilings, tiled columns, mosaic tables and metal chandeliers. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a romantic view of historic Church Street. The plethora of tapas on the menu include Ceviche del a Casa, shrimp, scallops, squid and fish in lime juice, Albondigas, tasty little meatballs made with veal, chorizo and pork, and Espinacas, sautéed Spinach with honey, figs and garlic. Most dishes may be ordered in small or entrée portions.
