Shady, shady, shady. Customer service is horrible and I was actually told that they keep nothing on file. I will definitely not give this store my business. They are also extremely unprofessional and act like they are doing you a favor when you want to buy a phone.
Do NOT, for any reason, go to this store. – I have been trying to straigten out an issue with this store all week. I upgraded my phone last week and decided to return the phone this week, because it wasn't what I needed. When I returned the phone, they only refunded what I had paid them, and not the tax. When I asked them about it, the girl said, "We don't refund the tax." I thought that was quite odd. Today, when I chatted with a Sprint customer service rep online, he said, no the tax should be refunded, and promptly credited my account for it. When I called back to the store to tell them this, the manager told me that he did refund my money when I purchased another phone instead of the one I returned. On the receipt, it is clear that the only refund is the $50.00 I paid for the original phone. He tried to tell me that my final cost refunded the tax because the final cost is a percentage of the total cost. (I know, doesn't make any sense to me either). Clearly, these people do not know how to do simple math. If I pay $53.38 for something, the receipt should show that I was refunded $53.38, not $50.00. In addition, the staff is so busy trying to help "everybody" that enters the store, they don't focus on you, and so it takes FOREVER for them to finalize the deal you are working on. To their credit, they did give me two refunds, which is not normal policy, but I had to threaten to call Sprint if they didn't and the manager had to call the store owner to get it approved. Sorry to be so lengthy, but you need to know that the staff and management are not just rude, but incompetant as well. They cannot do simple math and so it comes out in their favor. You will lose money if you try to return something! STAY AWAY!!!!
SPRINT IN MONROE NC – I would not recommend that anyone go to this sprint store location for any purpose at all. They have really bad management and are rude especially the manager he made a very inappropriate comment to me clearly saying that I was poor and couldn't afford any phone in the store not even if my credit was approved and that was uncalled for. I wouldn't even give there store 1 star if it wasn't for having to give a rating on this site. The manager should really be fired and replaced with someone new. The entire staff should be replaced.
