I can not believe the way I was treated by Jennifer S. at the Woodbury location. I personally will never go back to that location and it's a shame that I have another year of my contract left. Not only was Jennifer unhelpful and rude, she did not give me any information on the change of my plan or options for adding a line. You should not be In customer service if you do not want to help people. What an inconvenience that I will now have to go to another location to avoid such poor service.
This is my first time ever taking the time to write out a review for any establishment. I'm doing so, in efforts to warn any new potential Sprint customers about the Woodbury Lakes location. Don't let the nice looking building fool you, once you get inside, you'll be greeted by a fake-smiling overweight red head, who clearly doesn't enjoy her job. I don't use overweight as a way to insult her, rather warn current and future customers about her. I want you to know her description, so you can avoid her. I went in there today, about a half hour ago. I wanted to go in there and upgrade from my EVO HTC to their new iPhone 5 data plan. My two year phone plan is up, and i'm eligible for a new phone March 1st (This upcoming Friday), but when asked who I could talk to about purchasing the new iPhone, I already was given the bad news that I couldn't. The red head from hell, didn't even let me get one word out before she was shaking her head 'No,' so naturally I told her "I'd like to speak with someone who can actually help me," and continued to walk away from her. Little to my knowledge this red head trailed me through the store and to the next sales associate. This guy looked as if he has been working in the stores for years, which is usually a great thing for customers.. But unfortunately he wasn't one of those hard-working, loyal, dedicated, friendly, very knowledgable associates. Rather than letting me explain my situation, he allowed the red head from hell, to blurt out the situation. She literally seemed as if she was enjoying telling me no, in some weird fantasy type satisfaction. I tried and explained my situation to the gentlemen in the most rational and easy to understand approach possible, I told him, my two year plan is up in less than two days, would I be able to purchase the upgrade two days early (which i was told Yes, I could at the Brooklyn Park location Tuesday, the 26th). After explaining to him that I already was told yes, he then continued to stumble over his words, and give me his best, half-ass'd explanation, about how corporate would need to still charge me an additional $50 for the upgrade. I literally looked both of them in the eyes and laughed in anger, and replied "Well, you've made my job a lot easier, I'll now be switching carriers Friday, rather than signing up for another plan." Neither of them seemed to be phased by this news, and the overweight red head from hell, even had the audacity to say "Have a good day Sir," as I left the store. This was the absolute worst service i've ever experienced... Not only were they immediately rude, and didn't offer any alternatives, but this just shows how Sprint Values their customers. I would not recommend this joke of a carrier. Unless you've had good customer service in the past there, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
Woodbury Sprint Store SUCKS! – I was a loyal At&t customer and wanted to get the new iPhone with the unlimited data plan, so I went to the Sprint store in Woodbury. I pre-ordered 2 phones (putting $50 down on each) and everything was good... Now for the bad..
So, I get a call the next day saying BOTH phones were in and I could come to get them (yes I had the person who called double check to make sure BOTH phones were in and he confirmed they were).
I arrive at 7:55 to locked doors with people inside. I triple checked my double check to make sure the store hours went until 9pm before I left home and on the door it says it's until 8pm. I wait outside until a person leaves to talk with someone. Finally after 10 minutes of waiting the sales rep pokes his head out and says he cant let me in even though I was there before 8pm and the website says 9pm. I told him I couldn't get the phones tomorrow due to work and he says he can hold them an additional 24 hours for me. I was steamed that I drove 15 minutes there...waited 10 minutes to talk to someone.
Since I couldn't make it to the store the very next day, my wife went to pick up the phones. She arrives to them telling her there was only ONE phone to pick up and if she didn't get it today they wouldn't hold it as promised.
We were both treated very rude by two separate employees who didn't care at all about their customers.
Check the other reviews here... they are similar.. do yourself a favor and go to a kiosk or another retailer to save time and frustration!

WOODBURY SPRINT STORE SUCKS!!
How does Sprint stay in business? – My trip to the Woodbury Sprint store was way less than good. Perhaps it was the over half an hour wait time to talk to a person? No? Maybe it was the rude representative there, Letiticia, who couldn't be bothered to get her manager? I think perhaps it was a combination of the two. Overall, it was an extremely dismal experience for a prospective customer like myself. Why would anyone ever subject themselves to the horrendous wait times and rude service is beyond me. I left there with a new attitude though and that is Sprint is a small player in the cellphone industry and this store exemplifies why they are bleeding customers. I won't go back. Keep in mind that this is my opinion and expresses my perception.
Not a good place for help with your phone – if something is wrong with your phone they will tell you you need another phone just to get money from you.
