this place is awful.
Ok i'm staying in that hotel Doubletree, and i was very happy about the chinese restaurant in the lobby as well as the restaurant in the entrance. So i decide yesterday to try the bleu moon. and what a mistake.
Where to start?
First the prices, they seem reasonnable but the food is disgusting, their pizzas are ridiculously empty, and the drinks are way too expensives.
Then comes the service, and my god i can't believe so many people with no professionalism at all. too bad i was not a guy, maybe i bet i could have score some ass with the waitress.
The tables are sticky as hell, we waited for 30 minutes for 1 pizza and 1 burger (bad cooked), the waitress are dressed sexy but very ugly. i mean, i went to hooters at bayside, there you have some pretty girls, those from the bleu moon are horrible.
Well to conclude, do not waste your money in that place, try any other places in the lobby, they are all ok, but this one is the one to avoid

turn for the worse.
First there was the strip tease club, then there was hooters where waitress were dress tiny, but for some people it wasn't sluty enough, so the bleu moon came in.
i just got back from that place and my god, the waitress look like prostitute. they are dress like in porn movies, is the boss stupid enough to think that it's what we expect from a place like that? i wanted a nice cozy little bar to go to, and i end up being serve by a porn actress. i one point i wanted to ask if they served more than food and drink in this bar.
except if you are e pervert in lack of things to watch, avoid that place. Primo's in the main lobby of the building is by far a better choice

Watch over Biscayne Bay as its former inhabitants find their way onto your plate..
In Short
Hotel dining never looked this good. On the second floor of the Doubletree Grand Hotel, majestic bay vistas will keep your eyes dancing between courses. Appetizers pay homage to the nearby sea like lobster bisque and Creole shrimp empanadas. Entrees toss out a wider net for landlubbers, with a full selection of pastas and grilled meats. If you've saved room for dessert, a little Key Lime tart or a pecan cake with caramel and dark chocolate give you one more chance to wave goodbye to the waves.
