Fantastic Facial!. Lillian is a very well-trained and professional individual! She has a very warm, inviting personality and can answer any question thrown her way! I would definitely recommend the soonest appointment possible!

Beautiful Day Spa. Chateau Le Rouge is a Professional Day Spa. With an Experienced staff. Unlike a few weeks ago. All of the people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable in each of the areas they work in.

For the review from Mayfairgirl, you were never seen by Lillian our Paramedical. You have never stepped foot in her room or had a Laser Treatment performed on you. Why can I say this? Because nothing your wrote makes any sense. And if it doesn't make sense.....it's NOT True.

I have reported your review for abuse and will take every measure possible to preserve my 21 years experience. Mayfairgirl, you must be friends with an employee who was fired and is trying to attack my reputation.

To anyone else that wants to play with CitySearch reviews, Let it be made clear I will report each and every one of these false reviews and take legal action.

Chateau Le Rouge Day Spa will not step down to people spreading rumors.

I FOUND AMY!!. I found Amy. First of all, I am shocked at all the drama around this salon. I was finally contacted by Amy who use to be the hairstylist/Manager at Chateau Le Rouge for about 2 years. She and the other hairstylist (forgot his name but he is with Amy if you are looking for him) gave notice to owner because they wanted to both work part-time as Amy became a new mother about a month ago. They were not fired. She informed me that she just didn't have the time to manage the salon with being a new mom and the pressure the owner was giving her to produce revenue was too stressful as she wasn't even being paid to manage. She had nothing bad to say about anyone and that is why is surprises me to see all this horrible stuff being said about her. From what Amy has told me is that she hasn't had a second to give any thought to what is going on with this salon as she has been with a newborn since she left. Being a mother myself, I know what she is talking about. I am shocked to see people treat someone this way. A business should take the high road and not talk poorly about any past employees. I also think it's poor business to write good reviews about yourself as a service provider so people come in and see you. If you are a past client of Amy's, you can reach her at 720-937-0918 and she told me she is offering the new client color/cut at her new salon. Amy has not asked me to write this, but has asked me to put the word out to where she is.

WONDERFUL!!!!!. I went in and recieved a swedish massage from Ashlee! She was great! I loved her personality and she was funny and made this expirence for me wonderful! i never get to pamper myself so whenever i get the chance it's nice to be treated with such respect and kindness! Thank you so much for the fasinating treatment and an unforgettable day!!!

Awesome spa!!!. I have read some of these reviews and wonder if the people writing the bad reviews have even step foot in this spa. everyone i have met there was very friendly and professional, the best i have met since moving to denver. the spa treatments was amazing especially since the products were made by my therapist herself ( ask for ashlee she is amazing ) she simply anticipated where i needed the work the most. I also recieved a facial there from their top Esti lillian, she was very knowledgable about what she was doing and how i can keep up the work at home on my own. So for anyone looking for massage, spa, and Esti work go to Chateau Le Rouge they are top notch and ignore all bad things said its obviously from crabby people.

Great Service. I went in and received a sugar scrub treatment from Ashley and she was fantastic. Her professionalism surpassed any other MT's I have ever gotten work done from and her touch and attention to detail made my expirence at Chateau Le Rouge one that I wont forget and will recommend to others. On a different occasion I got an eyebrow and bikini wax from Lillian and she too was awesome! Often times when I get waxes, the work is so shabby that I find the need to pluck extra when I get home to properly finish the job, Lillian was very precise and artful in her technique! Thanks Girls!!!

This was a fun place :) What a great staff!. Went in for a salt scrub and and an hour Swedish from Ashley and she was great, funny and professional, then went to see Gary for a straight shave and he completely made my experience there better than expected, I will definitely be coming back soon.

I liked it. The inside looks really cool! Not what i expected from driving by. So I stopped in the other day just to give it a try. The people were really nice and they def went out of their way for me. Im not good with names, but i got a body scrub from the spa girl and she knew alot about her products. I also got a trim from another girl there and she did a really good job! (thank god cause im picky about my hair)So overall i have no complaints other than they need to market them selves a little better.

Dont go there!!. I tried to make an appointment at this salon, nobody picked up the phone, I left a message, nobody called me back. I then went to the salon to try to make an appointment, I walked in, no one was even there. No receptionest, no stylist. I stood there for a while and nobody came to greet me or see if I wanted a service done. Horrible customer service, and just plain wierd. I have never been to a place that is open, yet nobody is there. After 2 attempts of trying to go there I gave up. I know its under new managment now, who ever is managing this place need to get it together, so people dont waist there time calling and going to a salon where nobody works. It was a wierd and annoying experience. I told my friends aout my experience, I know alot of them used to go there, and they wont go back. I found out later that it had happened to them too.

No Stylists. So this place is advertized as a spa and salon, how when there are no hairstylists there, no products, i agree with the ghost town thing. Im not sure they sould advertize hair unless they have hair people. Plus its on colfax, who the hell whants to go there. I will never go back, or call, they never answer the pnone, or return messages. I would not recommend going there!!
