Jennifer is fab. Just went tonight based on below reviews. Natural blonde who had her hair dyed dark brown two months ago...loved it but it faded. She made me back into a lovely blonde with probably the best and simplest, elegant cut I've ever gotten. Very reasonably priced!
The best....fuggedaboutit!. Excellent experience all around. My stylist was Jennifer, very friendly and knowledgeable. I left the salon with a great haircut and ready for my dinner date tonight. I highly recommend Dragonfly!!! I will most definitely be back as a very satisfied customer.
AmAzInG!!!. I absolutly love beth. she is an amazing stylist!! My hair was so dead on the ends and needed a cut and she listened to what i wanted AND made it cuter than i wanted! :D But she actually did what i asked unlike other stylist! YOU MUST COME HERE! You will love it! TRUST me im extremly freaky about my hair! :)
Now that's a GREAT haircut!. Finally! Someone that knows how to cut hair. Beth is the answer to my prayers! She knows hair and how to make it work for you! I love the salon and the employees so much that I don't mind the 30 minute drive to get there. It is well worth the time and gas. Thanks girls!

The staff is not only gorgeous but great. The salon itself is very nice they offer a verity of services at reasonable prices. I will definetly get my hair and brows done here again. The staff is very attentive to watch you want and need. Unlike other places I have tried in the area that have left me feeling unsatisfied. i leave this place with a smile on my face everytime. A Unique Experience.... One of the best Salons i've been to( Even Beating out The one in Milano Italia).
I'm a 24 year old guy that is used to getting his hair cut in some of the Best Salons in the U.S and Italy. I was pleasently surprised when one of my neighbors told me about Dragonfly's Salon. Growing up in Italia i was very used to having the human touch in my monthly salon ventures. I failed to find that here in the states, until i visited Dragonfly's. From the second i walked in i felt very confortable and welcomed, the environment is very upbeat and full of life.. The stylist from this salon come from many parts of the world, wich shows in the diverse music thats being played in the background. Scott Lee, the gentleman that cut and styled my hair had such a great personality and a very skillful hand. He somehow managed to fit me in his full schedule without being hurried or compromising the quality of service. He even gave me a few pointers about styling my hair on the daily basis... But the most important thing that i wanna tell you about is their human touch.... They are so humble and jet manage to have this grandeous Salon Image.. Something as simple as a handshake and a thank you made all the difference. Thank you Scott Lee, and your crew... i've had the best experience here in the states so far... Grazie

Great Salon!. I had my hair cut and colored today and it turned out Great! My stylist did everything I asked. They were very helpfull expaining to me what products I needed to style my hair and how to use them. I even got 15% off my products I bought because of a special promotion they are doing. I'll be going back again for sure!
Unprofessional and not willing to please..
Staff seemed dazed. Did not attend to my needs. Left in tears due to uneven haircut and lack of interest in making it right. After I got home I found MULTIPLE PLACES where it was not trimmed properly. I came to this salon based on positive reviews but came away sorely disappointed.
Now I'm left to pay the price of getting my hair fixed by a true professional.

Scott Lee is my hair stylist there and he always does a outstanding job! Scott can work miracles on your hair when it comes to hair coloring and does a great job at styling your hair too. He is the first hair stylist I have had that can actually fix my hair the way I like it and I don't have to go home and refix it. He keeps up with the latest styles and always keeps me looking my best! The rest of the staff is very friendly, decor is great, location is ideal. You'll be glad you went!
Before I got home I had 4 COMPLIMENTS!. I have been having my hair colored for 20 + years now, and this NEW SALON (sparkling clean) is located one block north of Western Center and North Beach (perfect location and very convenient) so I thought I would try something new. I made an appointment with a guy by the name of Scott Lee who just relocated to this salon from Ft. Worth and has "years of experience" coloring hair. I went in Wednesday. Scott knew exactly what my hair needed. He colored my hair a very soft dark blond with highlights for the summer to go with my tan. It looks so good. I am so Happy about the change! My new hair-stylist SCOTT LEE made me feel like I was on top of the world, I just wish I could color it more often now, as I also enjoyed his company! I am very happy such a nice salon has moved into this neighborhood. We need more of this type "class act" in this community. Welcome Dragonfly's Hair and Color Design, you are very lucky to have SCOTT LEE in your salon. ~Linda
