Very good shop! Offered repairs at a reasonable cost and even explained the cost. Also offered options of shat kind of parts to use, as well as a breakdown for all. Would definitely recommend and am going to be using them going forward! Thank you! I recently moved to Atlanta area and was very skeptical of many repair shops claiming to be specializing in European cars, this place is definitely the real deal though.

I absolutely LOVEEEE this place! The owner Kim & her staff is amazing & extremely professional!!! She made me feel like she cares more about my car getting fixed besides the money I would be spending! As a female, I always feel like I'm being taken advantage of b/c I am clueless when it comes to cars. I took my car to 2 places before taking it to European Imports and no one could fix it except European Imports. I am soooo glad I have a place that I can trust, that's affordable, that also cares about their customers.

I always take my Mercedes to Kellie and her team. As a woman, dealing with another woman was very important to me. Kellie always takes the time to explain everything to me and she makes sure I always know my options--there is never a high pressure sales technique like they sometimes do at the dealership.

I recently took my car there for service and it needed a repair that EIS doesn't do. Not only did Kellie take care of getting my car back and forth to the other service provider, but she didn't even charge an additional Service fee like some other Auto Repair shops do. I paid the exact same amount that I would have paid had I taken the car to the other place on my own. You just don't find service like that anymore.

She has taken such good care of my Mercedes that now I am taking my Mini to her as well. Because of the superior work done at EIS, I have referred a friend to her (another woman) who is just as satisfied with the service.

Kudos to Kellie and her team. I will not take my M&Ms anywhere else.

Class Act - What companies still send you a thank you letter using a stamp? European Import Specialists. After 3 bad returns with another garage claiming to specialize in Mercedes-Benz, we were recommended to EIS. They were honest, worked with the parts supplier on our behalf and got the job done right the first time. I'm finally feeling like I can drive somewhere without calling a tow-truck. Great company and I highly recommend. Thanks!!

The 2nd Best Auto Repair Experience Ever. The best experience I ever had was for free (Cobb County Toyota); so I guess you could say this was the "Best Paid Auto Repair Experience Ever". Although I was hoping for a lower repair cost (who doesn't hope for that), EIS was 57% of the dealer quote (dealer quote didn't include the idler pulley either). The EIS tech (Jesse) diagnosed the cause and corrective action for the problem (squealing belt; R&R tensioner assembly) before providing the quote (no guess work). We've been driving the car for several weeks now without any issues (no squealing).

I work only a few miles from the shop; EIS graciously volunteered to provide transport to and from work.

2013.03.01 Update: Another good experience, this time for clutch replacement... Again, they were significantly less than the dealer, AND they replaced bad negative-side battery cable no charge (apparently it disintegrated when Jesse unhooked it; no fault of Jesse, I think the part was defective from the factory). I offered to pay for the new cable; Kelly said "no way, it's on us."

I went to United BMW of Roswell a few months ago and told them to please reprogam my front adaptive headlamp as it was a used replacement after my car was in an accident. I specifically asked for reprogramming as I had done my research. Instead they came back and told me I needed a complete new replacement at $2100. I was quite disappointed with them though thankful to them as they uncovered another potentially disastrous problem with my vehicle. A few months later I went to European Import Specialists for a 2nd opinion. The headlamp only needed to be reprogrammed as they found. They charged me $90 to get the job done compared to United BMW of $135 for no job done. Lesson learned: They can do the same job the dealership can and can't do for a lot less.

The service here is fantastic and prices are reasonable. The manager/owner is very organized and trustworthy. I will continue to have my BMW serviced here.

First, I do not do not write many reviews, but the front office (Kelly & Melissa) deserves accolades for the professional and exemplary service they displayed when I brought my vehicle in for service. I am very choosey who touches my vehicles and only allow qualified techs to ever put their hands on any part of my car. I felt this security once I meet Keith (Head Tech). The service I had performed on my vehicle was done correctly, professionly, on time, and for a fair price. I highly recommend this company and it's staff to anyone who is discerning about their vehicle.

I went to European Imports twice already where I did not get charged for the services because it was so minor. I even got a quick lesson on where to put coolant! Definitely won't nickel and dime their customers...
