Needs a lot of improvement – Went to the Social House for the first (and probably last) time today. They completely got my partners order wrong (hint to staff: Actually write down the orders). I am still feeling ill from the food now. The croissont was aweful and I had to stop eating it. The bacon was undercooked. Given the overpriced menu and the above, I doubt this place will be in business much longer if they don't get their act together soon.

As for now, I would suggest Goldbergs or even The Cracker Barrel for that matter.

Gross! Gross! Gross! – This has to be the blandest food I have ever had in my life. I NEVER use salt and pepper so its a sad day when I have to drown my food in it. to I was really looking forward to a great meal on Saturday but I left very disappointed. The only good thing was another server who noticed our displeasure from across the room and really made an effort to make our experience better. I warn you if you value your tastebuds, don't eat there! Go to waffle house/ IHOP instead!!

Farm Fresh Breakfast On The Westside! Yum-O! – As the Westside continues to grow, so does the dining options. And a new breakfast spot is always welcomed, and The Social House is spot on. It's a sister restaurant to Rare and Harlem Bar, and we are no fans of Rare, but this place is just right. The size is cozy, seats only fifty, and has one of the best breakfast menus in the metro. Everything from Chicken & Waffles to wonderful Georgia Blueberry Pancakes. We love the fact, the menu is based on local farmers produce and meats. We had to get the Whole Farm Breakfast Sandwich. It was a triple decker, with farm fresh eggs, bacon, sausage and gouda cheese. Yum-O! One in our party had those Georgia Blueberry Pancakes, I sampled them, and they are without a doubt, the best blueberry pancakes in Georgia. Good coffee and friendly service. A great way to start the day, in fact, any day!

Breakfast Social! – I?m so excited to have another breakfast/brunch/Lunch spot, what a refreshing change of pace?.now I didn?t say there wouldn?t be any long lines, however on the day I went, we were seated right away. (Maybe it?s my southern charm?.LOL) Of course, it was the Saturday before Mother?s Day, so folks were probably home with Mom. Lorenzo Wyche(owner of upscale eateries, Harlem Bar/RARE) has done again, how does he do it!? He knows exactly what we want and delivers every time. The Social House is reminiscent of a country cottage, cozy booths, exposed brick walls, plenty of windows, giving you that down-home feeling. The crowd, hip, trendy, young and culturally diverse. Our waitress was bubbly, friendly, and very patient, as we perused the menu, couldn?t decided if I wanted, chicken sausage or veggie sausage?so many options of sausage(Beef, Chicken, Pork, Turkey, Veggie)..I finally decided on the veggie sausage with Blueberry Pancakes, egg whites(look, no yolk, LOL) and my friend meal was similar except his pancakes were apple cinnamon.. The service was fast, the pancakes were light, fluffy, scrambled egg whites just right, I mean can you really mess up a basic breakfast meal(Well??) Anyway, we enjoyed our meal, so much so, that my friend came back the next day with his Mom on Mother?s day. I also noticed that the restaurant supports local famers, which transforms our communities to be more healthy, secure and economically-viable. Socially Speaking.. make ?The Social House? one of your breakfast spots, you?ll be glad you did!
