Fitness that takes care of itself – I have been with Team Fitness Training for over 2 years now. I started training with Amanda Pratt back in 2008. One of the fitness goals at the time was achieving the best shape of my life and I wanted to maintain my overall health and weight. Unlike several other boot camps I had attended in the past where I had quickly injured myself and found myself frustrated in reaching my goals, at TFT I found trainers that were sensitive to previous injuries and trouble issues. At the time I was nursing old neck and back issues from a whiplash injury years ago. At Team Fitness Training I was able to maintain a rigorous fitness program without injuring myself. One of the things I enjoyed and continue to enjoy at TFT is that the workouts are always varied so you are always challenged. Nothing gets repetitive.
In my experience what I have found is that the workout is fantastic, I can get up, go to TFT, and my fitness and weight take care of themselves. Everyone in the group is supportive and we truly became a team. I can also count on the fact that by 7:30 AM I can cross working out off my to-do list. By March of 2008 I had reached my goals, being 130 and (23%) body fat. In May of 2008 I had exceeded my own expectations, being 125 pounds of lean muscle (21%) body fat.
Then in June of 2009 fitness became even more important. I was diagnosed with Stage II breast cancer that had metastasized to my lymph nodes. The cancer was aggressive and I started treatment which included eight rounds of chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy and 5 weeks of radiation. Throughout my treatment my doctors repeatedly told me that one of the things that improved my prognosis was that my overall fitness level was so high, and I definitely had Team Fitness Training to thank for that. Without the support of the team and Amanda's excellent skills as a trainer my body would not have been in the shape to fight the fight it needed to. As I did more research on cancer and cancer survivorship I found out how integral fitness is to surviving cancer, so Team Fitness Training helped save my life.
I recently rejoined the team this summer. Once again Amanda has been emotionally and physically supportive in working with someone who has prior injuries to contend with (in this case a bilateral mastectomy). I am enjoying rebuilding my strength with the team and look forward to being back in peak physical form. I heartily recommend both Amanda and Team Fitness Training for anyone who is looking to achieve a new fitness goal. Whether that is simply taking your fitness to a new level or coming back from a long injury or illness, Amanda and the Team have what it takes.
Affordable PT – "Morning workouts at the park? Yeah right." ; "I do real workouts not morning group therapy" Well, all that change when I met Amanda with Team Fitness. After one complementary session with her, I realized I was wrong about Team Fitness. With Team Fitness you will not be playing with a medicine ball, while talking about the new "hot spot" in Hollywood.
Amanda is a dedicated, well informed Personal Trainer that will bring the best out of you. She will LISTEN to your goals and will lead you through the correct path to achieve them. If she doesn't know the answer to one of your question, she WILL NOT make one up like the majority of the PTs I've used in the past.
The sessions are tailored to your needs and you are NOT going to be training to a cookie cut schedule that is not meant for you. To top the "pros" to Team Fitness, this is a very AFFORDABLE program. Programs like these will burn a whole through your pockets, Amanda is reasonable and will work with you on the Financial side.
Honestly, if you are tired of killing yourself at the gym and still can't get the results you want give Amanda with Team Fitness a chance. She will make you see those results and will not empty your pockets while doing it.
BEST workouts I have EVER HAD!!! and ITS FUN! – Team Fitness Training is a spectacular program with an AMAZING trainer who makes the work outs challenging and fun! The program also has great information on nutrition and is individualized to what you want to learn and what your nutritional goals are as well. The trainer, is VERY aware of individual needs and focuses on each participants' goals. The style of the work outs keeps you motivated and interested while pushing you to your greatest potential. I learned more about fitness, how to work out and what was best for me to do in order to reach my workout goals and keep myself healthy! I LOVE it!

Wanna Play? – These girls get you up and keep you motivated for a powerful, but playful full body workout. You can feel your body transform after just a few days. I felt stronger and more confident in my shape as I got into my bikini this summer.
My best advice to you is to find the cash, make the commitment, and let TFT do the rest. Once you're in... make sure you don't skip a class (it really breaks your body's new rhythm) and stretch a lot. Your body will thank you.
Awesome experience – Team Fitness Training provides an amazing atmosphere that enables everyone to get the most out of their workouts. The trainers are highly professional, extremely positive and incredibly knowledgeable. I left each session with a great sense of satisfaction. Moreover, I had no problem getting myself out of bed in the morning to actually go...that's how awesome these trainers are! Oh and if you do have questions or comments, Team Fitness Training is extremely responsive! Do yourself a favor and join one of their programs.
Best Way to Get in Shape! – Team Fitness Training is the perfect way for working professionals to jump start their fitness routine or for recreational athletes to take their performance to the next level. I?ve done the last two sessions with them and not only have I lost weight and dropped body fat, but I feel more energized everyday as well. I?ve worked out for years at the gym and had gotten tired of the monotony of the same old weight machines and running on a treadmill. With Team Fitness Training I get to workout every morning outside in the sunshine and do something different everyday. We could do an obstacle course, yoga, circuit training or core work. The variety not only makes the sessions more fun but it keeps my body guessing as well. Amanda and Corbett are knowledgeable and responsible trainers. They know when to push you that extra mile and when to back off. They want you to have fun and get in shape at the same time. I couldn?t recommend Team Fitness Training enough.
Perfect Work Out – Worth every penny! TFT is an incredible program with knowledgeable and professional trainers. They are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their personal fitness goals. I've participated in the program for three sessions and I still find the workouts challenging and effective.
Addictive! Great group training, regardless of your fitness level... – This was my first attempt at 'Boot Camp' and I couldn't have been more pleased. The instructors at Team Fitness are extremely good at what they do, knowing exactly how to maximize each hour and give you the best workout possible. I had great results in both losing body fat and building muscle and could tell a big difference after the 4 week session. What I was most impressed by, though, was the individual attention they give each person while still in a group setting. They tailor the exercises and nutrition advice to ensure they are something you can take and incorporate into your life after the session is over. Totally recommended!!!
Best workouts ever! Very transformative! – Team Fitness Training was an amazing experience. We had a variety of workouts that were fun and challenging at the same time. Both trainers were very in tune to the different needs of each individual in the class so it felt like I was getting a lot of personal attention. Their great attitudes and encouraging words provided the basis for a lot of comradery within the group. They also provided a nutritional assessment that transform my diet and eating habits so that I could better meet my weight loss goals. By the end of one session I could definitely see a positive difference in my body shape and my eating habits. Basically, it was a lot of hard work and a lot of laughing that I looked forward to everyday. They give you a lot for your buck!
