It's the best! – Ok, I eat here a lot!

Good food, great atmosphere and in the heart of Town Square. I love Brio..

Good Food, Reasonable Price – This restaurant has a nice atmosphere, but not overdone. The food has always been good when we have gone. The servers are very friendly, but could spend a little more time roaming the dining room than staying by the kitchen. Refills always seem to take five minutes longer to get than I would expect. I would definately recommend.

Happy hour yes, dinner no – 09/10 We started off with a shared Caesar salad. Ann ordered the crab and shrimp cakes that were accompanied by roasted vegetables and creamy horseradish. My entrée was blackened ono served over garlic mashed potatoes with a trace amount of Hollandaise sauce and topped with a spoonful of a delightfully spicy charred tomato relish. My fish was overdone and there was very little, if any, garlic in my tatas.

09/09 We arrived for dinner at this local outpost of the upscale chain of Italian eateries, located in Town Square, and were impressed by the decor. We each started off with a rich and amazingly delicious cup of cream of morel mushroom soup. For an entrée my wife ordered the shrimp and crab cakes with grilled vegetables and creamy horseradish. Her entrée was very good, but the vegetables were over cooked. I chose chicken alla Sorrentino; pesto marinated and grilled chicken served over crispy eggplant with fresh Mozzarella, roasted tomatoes, pizzaiola sauce, citrus pesto and arugula which had been tossed in Tuscan dressing. Unfortunately my chicken suffered the same fate as Ann’s vegetables.

A few days later after seeing a show we arrived in the bar area for the late night happy hour. Unlike many restaurants offering happy hour specials, Brio does not require the purchase of an alcoholic beverage so we settled on glasses of ice water. We were shortly served a basket of Italian bread, sesame seed cracker bread and a crock of butter. Each appetizer is priced at $2.95 so we shared orders of Margherita flatbread (fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil), braised meatballs and creamy polenta (topped with a Marsala tomato sauce, Parmesan cheese and parsley) and spicy shrimp and eggplant (grilled shrimp with Romano crusted eggplant and black pepper cream sauce). The meatballs and shrimp/eggplant dishes are highly recommended

Home-style Italian cooking in a comfortable Trattoria setting. – IN SHORT
Town Square shoppers break for lunch and dinner at BRIO, a casual, white-tablecloth restaurant serving authentic, northern Italian cuisine. The 9,400 square-foot restaurant has a 35-foot replica of the façade of the Roman Coliseum and a comfortable dinning room with seating for 200 on an outdoor patio. Chefs prepare steaks, home-made pasta dishes, roasted fish and flatbread pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven. Appetizers, such as the Ahi tuna caponata or spicy shrimp and eggplant, are large and meant for sharing. Innovative dinner entrees include: the chicken limone and an artichoke and herb-crusted pork chp.
