I had my entire basement waterproofed all the way around about a month ago. We just had a huge rain and melt off and my basement is as dry as it could be. They did a great job.

GREAT - QUICK - I had a crack in my basement that had been there for years. I finally called Drip Dry after seeing one of there adds in the Save on Everything flyer you get in the mail. They came out and injected in about an hour and I haven't had any issues with it sense. The only complaint I have is that I didn't get it done sooner. I thought they were gonna have to dig up my yard to do it. SOOO Happpy!!

I had a great experience with this company. They waterproofed my entire basement. The price was about in the middle of the 5 estimates that I had gotten, but I felt comfortable about choosing them. I had this done last summer and I haven't had any issues since.

Don't trust this company! They never. Don't trust this company!

They never pulled permits for the work but charged me $300.00 for permits that only cost $125.00.

The city is after me because they didn't do the outside work properly, they broke and/or damaged several of my things. They also ran an extension cord from the sub-pump to the laundry room. When I ran up to the store for a minute they helped themselves in my refrigerator. I told them I went to the deli so I could make sandwiches. Not, that they would go through my frig and then leave everything out.

They charged me $3500.00 for this. I paid CASH for this job ... contacted them about the complaints I've gotten from Property Management and they tell me I have to pay another $500.00 for permits and then additional moneys for doing the job to code.

Had my basement waterproofed, started leaking again, and they never followed up with the repairs. I called at least 100 times, and they kept promising someone will call. They then told me we lived to far for them to come back to repair. I feel we were jipped off here, and they did not adhere to the guarantee they promised. Worst business ever, please do not pick this place to do your basement work if you want quality service and work done

I feel Like I was Over Charged. I was charged 1800 for 3.5 hrs worth of work that is outragous and I have to reglue the carpeting and fix wall damage and I have to repaint tha wall damage.Theres more they took off the moldeings that I have to repaint and put back on.What a rip off.Iam tired of hearing from compaies that this is the market standard to justify the amount they charge I hope what comes around goes around.They sent out 3 people to do the job and then tell me they have to pay them for a full 8hrs pay,well you should have sent 2 guys out and then you could have charged me less instead I have to employe the whole county.I work hard for my money just to have companies like this steel it away!!!!
