Big Disappointment – If you are a Burke Williams will be greatly disappointed. I went half hour early to 'enjoy the amenities'...of which there were none! I was allowed to sit in the 10x10 'quiet room' and eat the one remaining hard store bought cookie! The gal who gave me the facial was known to have a 'very gentle manner' which in essence didn't even clean out my pores! I get a more refreshed face from soap, water and a wash cloth! And I paid an extra $200 for botox between my eyebrows and it didn't even TOUCH the wrinkle! It was like they had used water. No affect whatsoever. Just a big bruise at the site of one of the injections. Will NEVER go back or take any of my friends here! Beware! ...and go to Burke Williams Santa Monica!!!

Facials – Got a facial the other day... it was not as relaxing as I had anticipated.

Med Spa was good but i felt as if it was more of a consultation than the "facial experience" that you would normally expect.

I have been lucky to have good skin and have never had a problem with breakouts. Once in a while I may get a pimple or two and that is the extent of a "breakout" for me.

However, when I left the spa after having extractions done my face looked as if I was a teenager with an acne problem.

I am not sure that I would go back for another facial, unless I need extractions done and I have a few days to heal before I go in public.

I'm very sorry to hear that your facial was not everything that you wanted it to be. We take patient care extremely seriously and are very concerned when we don't meet or exceed expectations. I would love the opportunity to talk with you so that we can better meet your needs. Please feel free to contact me at 661 259 8100, or simply drop me an email.

We pride ourselves at being very thorough and in taking a clinical approach to skincare. We tend to focus our facials on trying to correct our patients skincare issues while giving a relaxing and therapeutic experience. We are very committed to giving very thorough extractions as many of our patients are interested in deep cleansing. In the future, we will be more than happy to enhance the relaxation aspects of your facial. You mean a lot to us and we would love the opportunity to treat you again.

Laser Hair Removal...How did I ever live without it? – I’ve gone to a dermatologist office in Beverly Hills before and it was not a pleasant experience. My skin was so irritated because their machines were so out dated. I researched other places with laser hair removal and found Infinity Med Spa. They were great and so patient with my 100 questions. They saw that I was nervous and talked me through everything. The staff was so great! Evidently, the machine they use here is much better for people with sensitive skin, yet still effective! After the first treatment 70% of my hair was gone. Amazing! Try this location if your skin is sensitive, And ask for Cindy, she's so great!

Relaxing Massages; Open Sundays – I went to Infinity a year ago for my first massage and enjoyed it except for the noise caused by a loud male voice at the counter which could be heard back in the massage room. That was very distracting and ruined the relaxation.

The cure? Go on Sundays! I have had 3 massages on Sundays in the past 2 months and found that's the best approach. It's quiet and extremely relaxing. I bought a package for $225 for three massages and just signed up for the monthly membership which gives me 1 treatment a month for $55 and I can cancel at any time.

I like that the massage therapists ask about conditions or areas to pay attention to, ask about the level of pressure you want, and then check throughout the massage that pressure is right. So relaxing!

Best MedSpa ever!!! – If you want superb customer service, intelligent staff who know what they are doing, along with warm hearts and smiles- Infinity Med Spa is the best place to go!!! They have the most state of the art machines that can help you with the aesthetic enhancements that you need. Their spa treatments (facials/massages) are excellent with such a relaxing atmosphere! Don't miss out on their special deals they have frequently and parties to educate you about their products and services. :) I can't wait to go back!

Refreshing Experience! – I recently found out about Infinity MedSpa from a girlfriend and I have to say that I am more than impressed! After years of going to Studio City and the West side for my Botox and laser skin treatments, we finally have an option closer to home. The staff was extremely warm (much different than you typically get at a doctors office) and I was really impressed with their knowledge and the medical equipment that they have (there are places in Beverly Hills that don't have these top notch treatments).

My first visit was a success and I highly recommend it to any woman who is interested in taking care of herself!

Best medical spa in the Santa Clarita Valley – Great attention to detail -- everything from the welcoming staff at the reception desk to the soothing and relaxing decor, this is the place for a little "me" time. I admit, I'm guilty of spending too much time running a business, taking care of family and managing a household to focus much on taking care of my own needs. Infinity MedSpa offers a chance at rejuvenation, which makes me far more productive in the long run. Their expert staff and advanced technology easily earn five stars! You know Santa Clarita has evolved when a place like Infinity MedSpa opens up offering advanced aesthetic treatments with a Beverly Hills-like experience!
