Favorite salon in my neighborhood! I go to get swedish massage sometimes and it's not cheap at all but definitely worth the price. Comfy place to get every beauty services during one time visit. Don't mind if they speak in languages you don't know, they're friendly and that's what matters.
Like many other business people, I also don't have time to get massage or beauty service during daytime. In that sense, this place was perfect for me and my colleagues.
We visited the place after work, around 8-ish. Each of us wanted different services, from swedish massage to hair cut. I got one hour swedish massage because I was suffering from the tight muscles on the shoulders.
Service was amazing.. I went to the private room downstair to get the massage. There were one Asian guy and one American? European? lady professional, and the guy (I'm not sure but I guess his name was Kevin) did the massage for me. Sometimes I prefer male masseur because often they have a strong grip.
While massaging, he asked me if I feel okay, and the background music made me feel comfortable. It was an once-in-a-while relaxing moment and I felt so much better after the massage.
One of my colleagues got an hair cut/color service and the main stylist did a great job! She absolutely looks amazing now.
Gentle & delightful staffs, 24 hour open got a big point. I'm sure I'll be back.
HAIR SHOP – I like the shop it is cool and it is uniqe in it's own special way I like that you choose it defanetly it's 24 hours that is great I wish that I could go there when I go up to new york and maby i can most fochitly I would love too.
AWESOME PLACE!!! – What more can you ask for!
a 24 hour salon love it.
come here often after work do a mani/pedi paid $52 which isnt bad considering they do a good job at 2am lol
got my hair done also... just before you go out bangin place 2 come 2 get urself a blowout
A life saver at 2AM :) – I agree 100% with BankerChick's comment. Got a 2AM pedicure and manicure before the big company BBQ in the hamptons and just try to find a salon open 24 hours to do your nails. It sure beat going w/o my nails done!! It was a God send, but the manicure was good but not the best I've had and the pedicure got the job done, but not as grand as Elizabeth Arden's Red salon or anything like that. I paid $60 for a mani/pedi but listen, it was WORTH it at that hour when I got off work!! Or I'd be left in the lurch for the party. I am pleased with the nice pedicure A-
Can't beat a 24 hour salon – I'm a busy person with a tight schedule and when I saw this place was open 24 hours, I knew I had to go here. The service is very fast and friendly. The fact it's open 24 hours is a huge plus for someone with a tight schedule. I was highly pleased with the firsttime haircut I got there. They had the best haircutter at the time to do it, and I was 100% satisfied by the results. They listen to what you ask for instead of butchering your locks. It's a bit high in price (expect to pay over $70 for a haircut), but it was all worth it!
Convenient & clean, nail service not the best – You can't beat the convenience of this place. I have been here twice for manicure/pedicure when I was in a time crunch - very helpful as a backup plan if you can't make it to your regular place during normal hours. It is also very clean. But on both occasions, mani pedi were not the best I've ever had. You will also pay more here than most places - $15 more than your neighborhood place for a basic pedicure. But it is better than going on vacation without your nails done.
Unprofessional! – I made an appointment with the salon to get my hair done. It was my first time. They were dis-organized that no one knew whom I was supposed to see. When they finally decided on a hair dress for me, completly I was led to get my hair washed. My hair dresser fumbled with my hair and did not know what to do with it. She also put curling iron on the floor and used it on my hair.
I was completly unhappy with the result and had to pay a lot more than other salon would charge... I would not go back to this salon ever again nor would I ever recommend my friends to this place....
Not worth the effort and money!!!!!!!!
DO NOT ENTER! – Ok, so it's open 24hrs.. big deal. Trust me on this one-DO NOT go! I live just a couple of blocks away and decided to try the place out. Walked in asking for a blowout since they advertised $40 blowouts.. not bad. After getting a luke warm wash, I sat in the chair to have an azn lady attempt to brush my hair... I asked for a big brush and to do it myself, to where "the hairdresser" said that the brush with sharp bristles was an expensive professional brush.. w.e. I had asked for a blowout with volume and explained the way i liked it- mind you, i am not a picky person. Told me i needed a trim so i agreed. After using an IRON to straighten my hair (which i seriously could have just done myself) i asked for him to add some curls at the end, since i did ask specifically for a blowout with VOLUME! He then trimmed my hair while dry and honestly did nothing. I proceeded to the counter where the receptionist told me total was $200!!!!! There was no way in hell that this trim n blowout is worth 200 dollars! I usually go to Oscar Blondi and even there its about $125 for cut and blowout.. at least there you get pampered with coffee and upper east side location. So basically if you want a bad haircut and blowout that is completely overpriced then go there.. otherwise DO NOT GO!
Really cool place – i had great experiences at this salon. i got my color, highlights and cut done and i loved it. i had champagne while gettin my toes done. it felt like i was at home with my girlfriends. they do everything so next i will try the facials. its also nice to know i can do any of this at any time of the day and not have to worry about rushing out of work to make an appointment. thanks!!!!!
