I visited for the oil change. The service experience was so good. I will revisit for the service.
Jeffrey Mercedes was a great saleman to work with. Very personable, professional and knowledgable about the vehicle and dealership. Steve Consoli got the numbers to come together for a great deal as well.
I was a day late on my state inspection sticker so I popped into Commonwealth hoping for a quick turnaround before I left for work. Jorge Crespo took care of me, performed the service quickly, and delivered my car to me ahead of schedule.
This was my big ticket service. I have a 2007 Pilot (84k miles) and the timing belt was due. First break was a $125 discount coupon on this service that was emailed to me by Commonwealth Honda. Second break was Buddy Bernard; he got my job completed by 3pm for a service that generally takes the entire day.
A quick visit. I requested a price for new spark plugs (next visit or two) and got my oil change card punched for both this visit and my previous visit (forgot my card that time). After five oil changes, the 6th one is free.
Went for my Express Service oil change and also received a timing belt replacement estimate. As you know, it's a pricey job, so Susan wanted to get me thinking about it for the future. No pressure applied and she reminded me to watch for periodic emails and online coupons to defer some of the cost
I Came to Commonwealth Kia with an very good idea of what I wanted because of the research I had done. I had a few questions that still lingered, which Bob was more than happy to answer them for me. I got a great deal and walked away with a great car.
I bought a Honda Accord at Commonwealth Honda. I purchased a Honda CRV there as well. I found the sales service very professional and polite with no pressure to buy. The overall experience was very positive and I would certainly refer anyone to this dealership to buy a car.
My experience at Commonwealth Honda was amazing. I was absolutely floored by the experience at first and continue to be completely satisfied as I drive my Honda Insight every day. At first I was greeted by an mediocre sales rep, I believe his name was Engel? This man was about to let me walk out the door seeing as I had my heart set on the Honda Fit and they did not have what i was looking for in stock. I was then helped by the wonderful Gary K. His enthusiasm resonated with myself and my husband who were excitedly looking forward to leaving with a new Honda. Gary had asked what we ultimately wanted in our car and offered a test drive for a similar model, the Honda Insight, which succeed our requirements of good gas mileage and reliability. The entire pitch I never caught a whiff of that traditional sales man persona of a shady, money hungry, pressuring sales man. To be honest Gary seemed to genuinely care! As the test drive ensued, I began to love the car and love my experience. No question was too much for this guy, he was more than happy to engage in any request I made. As we spent a good couple hours reviewing our financing options and the logistics of the buy, myself and my husband spent that time with Gary who was just a pleasure to be around! Gary referred us to the Financing Manager John Murray who was awesome. Both very personable and friendly, the entire staff made me feel welcomed. As soon as John Murray lead us to his office he went straight to work for us. He kept us entertained as he went to battle. Although I had a good credit rating, my work, and my short line of credit made it difficult for John to complete the financing. Not a sweat for this guy! He worked immensely hard for me to walk out with this car and he got the job done with a smile on his face. I consider it a rarity for someone to do what this gentleman has done. In my eyes at least, he moved mountains for nothing in return but a smiling customer. The service was just simply amazing, no superb. I could not have asked for more from this team! I find it hard to put in words how much I appreciate these two gentleman and their efforts. I have and will continue to refer as many people as possible to your sterling place of business.

I had a great experience at Commonwealth Honda. Doug was really helpful as we looked for a new Honda CRV. I'd definitely recommend Doug. Everyone we dealt with was also very nice. It was a comfortable atmosphere and I have to say I love my new car! Thank you!
Great sales person. Got me into a better car with a great price 2014 Honda CRV. So happy with my brand new car. He was able to show how everything works in my car and make sure I was comfortable with driving away.
