Stereo Repair Place – I took my Pioneer CD player in for service. They took $50.00 up front and said they would call me in 7-10 days. They did not. I read these reviews before I took my chances and decided "no business could be THAT bad". I was correct. They were worse. After about 12 days I stopped in at about 2 pm. They said "the tech is not here now, but I will call you later today". They never called. I called them and they said they have not gotten to the unit but it was next on the list. They said to call the next day. The next day, very late in the afternoon I called. After a bunch of panic pauses...the clueless wonder said he was "testing" the unit and saw no problems. Since it refused to play 3 out of 4 disks...I had to assume this was just BS. I told them to stop jerking me around and that I would pick it up the next day..which I did. So it cost me $50.00 for not believing all the other people who gave them 1 star. I am a believer now. These people are clueless. I have no idea how they stay in business. Anyone who gave them more than 1 star and is happy either has the wrong business or is smoking something funny.... Trust me... Just don't go there.....
Avoid at all costs – If you have any other option, take it. 3 techs has had a speaker of mine for six weeks and it's still going!
My speaker came damaged from the box and 3 techs was the closest service center for my brand of speaker. Not once have I received a call from them, even though I've been told I would. I've been the one who calls... for the last six weeks.
Slow poor service, I hope I get my speaker back some time soon.
Horrible Service, paid $380, they killed my TV into garbbage – Back in Summer 2009, I had a Sony TV with minor image distortion for them to fix. They said it will be completely fixed with $180. After a month, they let me pick up the TV after my payment but when I turn on TV at home, I found distorted images. I sent it back on the same day and they blame me and question me if I break the TV within 2 hours in home. Of course not. Then I wait for another month, they called me very rude saying that I need to pay another $ 300 for the "NEW" problems they suddenly found... Then I bargin and paid $ 200 to fix it. 2 weeks later, they call me again saying that they need to charge me additional $200 because they found many parts need to be replaced.... I said no and took the TV home. The TV was completely broken during their terrible repair process, and there is no sound , no image and no power on.... Paid $380, waited for 3 months, they turn my TV to garbbage!
NOW CALLED ORBITAL ELECTRONICS....THEY ARE STILL GARBAGE – CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE...JUAN OR VICTORIA WILL BLO# U OFF ,JOBS PUT IN ARE ERASED OR THEY CLAIM TO NEVER RECIEVE THE EMAILS TO AVOID WORK.3MONTHS OF PHONE TAG WTH THESE RETARDS.
