“Horrible customer service and Support”

Steer Clear!. They are still showing up on Google and Price Grabber- the lowest price of course. I needed something fast so used their website's order form, which let me go all the way through. Never got any sort of confirmation email.... Phone lines just give messages, "online" chat is offline. Apparently they are dead. Called AMEX to make sure nothing from them gets through to my card. Either they are out of business or just a complete scam.
Complete Waste of Time. I initially read all the one star reviews, but thought these were just BS. To my stupidity, I still ordered from them
This Company is actually scammer!. Purchased computer stuff which the price was too good to be true. After I've completed filling out the credit card information; then the website had all of a sudden disappeared without confirming #; nor had they send any confirmation via email. Obviously, this company had made charges to my credit of my purchased; then there after about $300 were charged for cosmetic makeup department. Good thing my credit card called me if such charges were made. This company seems like it was phishing people's credit card; obviously this company is fraud. BE AWARE! Make sure it's not your cash card. Good thing it was my credit card not my cash card.
Frauds and Theives.
First note: They have a score of F with the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had checked that beforehand.
I placed an order 10/3, they took the money out of my account 10/6 (I know, I should have used credit card instead of debit card), I never got an order cnfirmation or tracking number. 10/18 and still nothing. I have called every day for a week now asking for a tracking number. They can't find my order. I asked that the order be canceled, they said they can't cancel it until they know whether it shipped or not. They say every day when I talk to them that they will look for the order and call me back within the hour. They have never called me.
I gave up, contacted my bank who is filing a dispute with them. So now my recourse is to make every potential customer aware of their fraudulent ways. Please check with the BBB online before you order from any company. I wish I had.
Horrible service, rip off!.
Had trouble as their paypal link did not work. So gave them a credit card. After two days my order had not processed. They did not return my emails. I called them. They said that an incorrect price was on the website (not my fault) They would not honor the price. I asked them why they did not respond to my emails and she could not answer the question.
These folks do not deserve to be in business!
OVER CHARGED AND RIPPED OFF! COMPLETE SCAM OF A BUSINESS!. Basically I purchased RAM MEMORY from Compu America because I was referred to them by someone. I purchased it for $50.99. A week later, I got an email saying "that was the only price so the new price is $61.99, is this ok to still charge your account." OK, fine... totally wasn't okay to except but i needed it quickly and still was dirt cheap. Checked my account a week later, they charged me $110. I called them 3 times before I got a hold of them. They kept making excuses for me not to talk to the accounting person. Until FINALLY someone called me the next day. They said they had permission from someone to let them charge me $110 and i told them, there is no one but myself that is allowed to "GIVE U PERMISSION" to charge me. Made no sense. They offered to pay me $20 back. FINE but it's still not what they owe me and im not wasting anymore minutes of my time and phone and energy to deal with it so they will hear from the better business bureau!!
Horrible Customer Service and Support. I was extremely disappointed w/ the outcome of my order w/ CompuAmerica, and the level of customer service that they provided to me. It was one of the worst shopping experiences that I've ever had. The reps were all very rude. One even yelled at me and called me a liar. I canceled my order, and I'm glad that I did because in addition to buying a computer from them, I also purchased a warranty, and if this is their idea of customer service before they have my money, then I can only imagine the headache of trying to get them to fix a problem with one of their own systems after you've given them all of your money. They obviously care nothing about their customers, and your orders w/ them. They just want to get your money and proceed to forget all about you and your purchase.
