Best Service and Prices! – I delt with the owner Billy, very pleasant, great selection, service was good, great prices, conviniently located.
WOW!!! What Great Service!! – I am proud to recommend Frank's. I stumbled upon this place last week when I decided it was time to get a few new suits.
I just picked them up, and they all fit great. I was able to purchase 3 of Frank's better suits (Italian super 120's) for less than $275 each on sale, and he included the alterations at no charge. I was about to biy a couple of suits at Mens wearhouse for about $335 each, but when they told me it was another $90 each for alterations, I had reservations, and decided to pass. The next day I found myself here at Franks and am glad I did, as I purchased 3 for what it would have cost for 2 suits at the competitor. The place is a hidden gem. Definitely check it out!!
Great Tailoring Service – Great tailoring service provided by Franks. He was able to salvage all of my suits this past fall. I had some health issues and dropped about 35 lbs. I thought I may need to replace most of my wardrobe, but Frank salvage all my suits as well as a few sportcoats and slacks. When they were finished , they look like they were made for me, as I went from a size 46 to a size 42. He saved me a lot of money as I thought I was going to need to replace about 7 or 8 suits. He was also very honest with me and told me not to try to alter 2 of the suits because they were starting to get wear out and that it would be a waste of money. After I picked up the last of my suits,
I even purchased a new one from Frank's collection, and its a great suit that I got at a little over $200. I definately will be going back in the spring for another.
Very pleased customer – I am extremely glad I visited this shop. After reading a few reviews, I decided to visit it as I needed a couple of new suits for work. I purchased 2 new suits, and a couple of pairs of slacks as well. Prices were better than other stores I visited (Macys, Men's Wearhouse, J.A.Banks) , and the alterations were included as well at no charge. Total bill was less than $700. I highly recommend Frank's.
Can't do special hems for jeans – I feel bad I have to write a warning review as everyone had great service here. Today's designer jeans (mine were 7 For All Man Kind) have special "vintage, destroyed, stylized" bottom hems that many other tailors will accomandate to put back after shortening the jeans, however this shop doesn't do this type of hemming so it was a wasted trip for me.
Great Men's Suit store – Very nice service and large selection of suits and sportcoats. I was referred here by a fellow office member who has been buying clothes here for over 6 years. Since I am new to the area, I was going to go to Filene's Basement, but he told me to check out Frank's. After visisting both places it was Frank's who sold me my suits, and as a bonus they even altered them at no charge. In R.I., where I am originally from , I paid over $60 for each suit to be altered so thats a nice extra that they perform at Franks. All said and done I bought 3 suits for about $700. and that includes the alterations. The basement was charging about $300 eachfor the suits I was looking at.
I highly recommend it.
A nice old style establishment with great service – I happened upon this shop last week. I am new in area and was looking to add a couple of suits to my wardrobe for new salesjob that I have just begun. I was in downtown crossing area, and after visiting Filene's basement, Men's wearhouse, and Macy's, I walked into this shop. I was impressed from the outset. Old style feel with tailors working right there on the premises within full view of customers, and greek music playing in the background. Frank told me he is from Greece , and learned the trade in the "Old Country" and is a master craftsman. He has been in business for 32 years. I was thoroughly impressed and bought a couple of suits from him. Less than $500 for 2 suits, and one of them was an Italian made super 120's. I have a few of those from when I worked in NYC, and I paid almost that much for just 1 suit. He even included the alterations at no charge. Hardly anyone does that any more. Last suit I bought last year cost me $70 to alter. I definitely recommend it.
A Very Happy Customer – Nice place to go to if you are in need of men's suits or dress clothing. I visited the shop after my fiancee read good reviews about it on line. I do not wear suits as I work in construction, but I needed a new suit as we have a couple of weddings to attend this summer. I was very pleased at the selection and prices. I checked a few other stores as well, but Frank's was the best in terms of pricing and quality of suits. I saw other suits for about the same price at Men;s wearhouse during their sales, but not the same quality. Also as a bonus, Frank tailored the suit for me at no charge. Men's wearhouse wanted over $75 to alter it. I bought an Italian made suit for less than $300 and that included a couple of ties. I actually sent my father in law to be there as well, and he was just as pleased. Frank is also going to supply our wedding party with Tuxedos for our wedding in April next spring. Great prcing on Tuxedos. I highly recommend it.
Very good men's store – I needed a few new suits as I started a new job that requires me to be in business atttire. I was referred to this store by a few of my new co-workers. A nice establishment. I was surprised that store that have this kind of customer service still exist. I am a big man Jacket size 50 to 52L, and had hard time finding suits in the past, but Frank's was able to show me quite a selection., and even ordered me another that he didn't stock in larger sizes. Very quick turn around time. I bought 3 suits, and will be going back in the fall for another. Great prices. I paid less than $250. per suit and included the alterations.
Worth a Visit. – Happened upon this shop last week, as I needed some new slacks hemmed. Frank took care pf them right away for me as I asked him if I could have them that day.
His shop also carrys a nice selection of men's dress clothing. I wound up buying a new suit as well. I purchased an Italian suit for about 250 dollars, and he also altered it at no charge. I have usually purchased suits at the Basement and Miltons in the past,
but I like this place better. Great selection and service.
