The Plaza is famous, and rightly so. The historic New York landmark features gorgeous interior design, a plethora of food and luxury shopping, and a lovely afternoon tea at The Palm Court restaurant featuring a choice of pastries, scones, sandwiches and chocolate fondue.
stayed here with my family for an event. Comfort, luxury and elegance all in one! 5+
Way Over rated, do not waste your money – I took my wife and my son to the Plaza over Labor Day weekend, we reserved there "Edwardain Suite" at $1500.00per night plus room taxes. What a waste of money, the service was terrible, the room nothing as described( small & cramped ),
we where told we had a butler, ya we saw him once in 4 days, we ordered silverware & plates to the room we waited over one hour and a half and NEVER received anything. I spent over $6000.00 for three nights, what a waste of money!!!!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. I hope this is helpful to anyone considering this DUMP.
A Very Glamourous and Beautiful Salon – The colorist Allison and her assistant Rachel have lovingly and patiently transformed my hair to a very beautiful blonde!! I thank them from my heart. Allison is a very special soul with a great heart! The owners Joel and Edward are very kind and extremely talented and helpful in making my experience there beyond my wildest dreams
and helped me see that I can have beautiful hair again!
All the people that work there are very nice and the hairstylists- Amon and Mark are very -very talented!!!
Thank you again- Anna Cowan
wow wow never fails to amaze – My husband and I are world travelers. We've been to some of the greatest resorts and hotels in places like Dubai, Spain, Bahamas, etc etc. The point is, we've been to all and seen it all and yet at the end of the end I want my head to rest on none other than a Plaza hotel suite bed.
Their rooms are fabulous, and beds are ultra lux.
YOU MUST experience the Plaza for yourself, since words can't really describe.
Also, now that they have included a retail shopping center after my cup of coffee and pastry from Demel Bakery (yuuummm!!) , or glass of fine wine from the Oak Bar, I can stroll down and do what a gal loves to do best: shop shop shop!
My friends and family loves the gifts I buy them from the Plaza Botique, and the Qiviuk gloves I bought for our winter Aspen get away were a live saver.
What are you waiting for...book now!!! Maybe I'll also go and bother my husband about visiting NY soon ;)
Histoy & Luxury – Luxury at its best I have to say. Any ime we stay in The Plaza when we come from London we get the extra attention and extra care. It is very good stay for a business trip overseas. All the amenities and Barocco apartments with 18th century furniture are the must to be used at least once to fall in love with this place. No detail is left alone without staff attention. The visit to New York starts here!
