This company was AWESOME! I had worked with another Seattle area moving company and they were messy, unprofessional and clumsy with my belongings.

I called Adam and his movers were on time, very careful with my belongings and very pleasant to work with. When I needed to use Adam's moving services for another unexpected move, he was very friendly and flexible to work with. This is a great company, try them out and see.

No customer service ~ poorly planned move. We moved in June 2010 and did not have a great experience with them. They overbooked on the date I selected and they should have been upfront with me when I scheduled. Instead of Adams usual crew he sent out his brother or cousin who has his own moving company to do our job.

Then they didn't send a big enough truck to fit all of our stuff from our house. Everything was crammed in and of course that meant that something got damaged. One of our dining room chairs was broken but they have done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation. Basically it is covered under the Basic Protection Plan which is $0.60 per pound or about $6 for our chair. I am sure it will cost a lot more than that to repair it and over $200 to replace it. To me it is more about how they handled the claim rather than the cost to fix/replace the item. I constantly had to call or email to get them to follow up and then they would say one thing and never follow up with it.

They knew I would be moving again in a few months so it just amazes me that they were so willing to treat me the way that they did. I am spending my money with another mover because of their poor customer service.

Outstanding Service.. Adam's Moving Service did an outstanding job! We hired Adam's to pack and load up the whole house. They arrived exactly on-time to pack up the house and did a great job conquering the whole 4 bedroom house.

The three men who showed up were very courteous and accommodating.

They had the entire house packed up in 6 hours and we were ready for the big move the next day. They arrived right on-time for moving day and got right to work. It was nice to have the same crew from the day before because I knew they would treat my stuff with the respect that did packing it the day before.

The move was flawless and I will absolutely use them again!
