Amazing (transportable) waffles!. The Oregon strawberry, whipped cream and Nutella waffle is amazing! They offer veggie sausage & lots of creative toppings. The coffee, however, is on par with Plaid Pantry coffee (why? why?) and I try to avoid the hostile tattooed woman who works at my local cart on N. Lombard. But altogether this is a great enterprise (as evidenced by the hoardes that gather here every day).

This North Portland waffle hut elevates the art of the breakfast sandwich.. In Short
A chain link fence, gravel lot, and simple trailer don't make for much ambiance, but locals flock to this waffle hut just the same to snag fresh, tinfoil-wrapped waffle sandwiches, coffee, and other tasty 'ecteras' like limeade and Maltball Mochas made with Ovaltine. The real draw though is the subtly sweet, baked-to-order waffle sandwiches stuffed with both sweet and savory fillings, including pork patties, mallow fluff, and Nutella.
