the owner has a great vibe.
i went to splendor and couldn't HAVE BEEN HAPPIER. Melanie Jones has amazing hand, tremendous skill, and the knowledge to back it up. I was putty in her hands, all the while being subtly educated on how to care for my my skin.

Personal service, hands-on experience. I met with Melanie, she has a small spa in Fremont, and she was very in-touch with new medicine and the healing arts. She took care of my skin and was easy to talk to. I would recommend her highly.
