Perfect gym for beginners. – I wanted to join a gym where there wasn't any intimidation from others, and wasn't a muscle-head sort of place. I found it here. They are geared toward the beginner and professionals. Plus open 24/7 which really is a great feature, because it is open anytime I find the chance to go.
Just what I needed! – I'm a new mom, so I had enough on my plate without worrying about my weight. I couldn't help it though - I wanted to look good! :P When I started going to Custom Fitness, it was just for short bursts when I could get away from the baby for an hour. They still utilized every minute with me and the trainer was amazing, completely understanding my situation and working relentlessly to help me achieve my goal without further wearing me down. I'm back to a slender figure and incredibly grateful! Great work!!
I love everybody at Custom Fitness! – Custom Fitness really works if you stick with it! I just think that the group format helps you to get and stay motivated. Plus, they mix it up and it doesn't get boring. It's just a matter of getting there, but it really works! You don't have to be a marathon runner either, they'll work with you and mix it up for each person. Like they know I hate running, so they let me walk at a fast pace. Their trainers genuinely care about fitness!
I love their program! – It turns out that I really like their program. It works better for my schedule, and no two workouts are the same. Everyday is different, so it fits the need of what I was looking for. I have been doing it for almost 3 months now. If someone is looking for a change of pace and a challenge, this will definitely give you both. It really is worth every penny.
Pretty much, you go to an empty parking lot and some person kicks your behind then sends you on your way. It's great! I thought Custom Fitness would be an easy class, turns out it's a serious boot camp that means business! I started seeing results after my first two sessions, it was amazing! I urge everyone to do this, you'll see results so fast! It's worth the cost and the pain!
Best Gym in Boston! – I went here after years of not working out. It was great to deal with personal trainers who were knowledgeable and eager to please. They helped me create a routine and now I'm in the best shape of my life.
