Good housecleaning service for Bellevue families. I've been using MaidPro's cleaning services for about a year now and can confidently say their people are reliable, pleasant and trustworthy. A couple of their cleaners do a particularly high-quality job and thus have really earned my respect (they listen well; they remember my preferences). As a result, I enjoy having them in my home.

I recommend MaidPro for ongoing housecleaning needs; they help me keep my home life sane and organized!

Loyal for Life !!!. Definitely the best maid service I've been able to find so far in Bellevue. My parents and I decided that getting a maid twice a month would be a great idea since we are all really busy and don't have the time to clean everything especially the bathrooms!!.

They always do a great job, really went above and beyond the first time and have not slacked off since. Any special areas that need cleaning each month I just let them know and it gets done. Scheduling is easy .It is a slightly more expensive then other services. However, I have tried other cleaning services and they don't do nearly as good of a job and have had issues with no shows, scheduling, etc...

MaidPro in Ballard. Just started using maidpro when i moved to ballard, had 3 cleanings so far at my condo, with 2 different cleaners, quality was consistent and good, pricing reasonable

Best Maid Service I have ever had. I have gone through several maid services that were very disappointing. I decided to give it one more shot and tried MaidPro. I cannot stop raving about this company.

The first impression is the phone call. Everyone was so professional. They make sure to listen to your ever need and match the right person for you. They even worked very hard to get me the best time slot for my busy schedule.

The girl was right on time, and has been ever since. I have never had a place cleaned like this before. My couches and chairs were vaccumed to perfection. Who does that? MaidPro!

I am chemical sensitive so was worried about their products. I had nothing to worry about, not a chemical smell to be smelt. Everything sparkled. We discussed products and with diluation of some of her products and my natural ones, I knew my home was disinfected without that nasty smell.

When she left she explained the first cleaning is always a bit more lengthly so the next time she returned, she would clean my fridge inside. I honestly didn't think she would remember, and I forgot to mention it. I left yesterday, and when I returned, she left me a lovely card and wow my fridge inside looked brand new.

It's the first time in so long that I can finally relax with a maid service. My girl has the biggest smile, works fast even if we happen to have a hectic household, she quietly works around it, not phased a bit.

I highly recommend MaidPro. I have already told my son and DIL about it. You can't beat their prices either. Hand down 150% pleased.

Above and Beyond their duty!. I have been using MaidPro for a year (or longer) and I love the service. They always show up when they are supposed to and do a great job. But I was totally amazed this week to come home and find one of the cleaners rolling my recycling bin around the back. We missed out bi-weekly service due to the snow and it was piling up! She said a neighbor told her the truck was coming around and she rolled it out for them to empty! That was way above and beyond what they have signed up to do. Thanks MaidPro!

Great Service. I can't say enough good things about MaidPro and the excellent service I get from them. Mayra cleaned for me this week, and she treated my home as if it were her own. The cleaning crew arrives "on time" and this is important to me as I keep a busy schedule. When the crew comes, I leave and know that when I return my home will be clean and sparkling! Thank you to the staff and crew at MaidPro for your friendliness when I call and your outstanding service when you clean my home!

Love coming home after MaidPro has been there. With MaidPro, I've had the same cleaner for the past four years. He does an amazing job! I would recommend them to anyone needing a house cleaner.

Did not show up!. This review is a little old but last Thanksgiving I had to host a huge family gathering in my new home. I scheduled Maid Pro to come to our house a few days before to clean. They never showed up and they never called to tell me they would not show up. Later I contacted them to ask what happened and they told me that the maids couldn't find my house. Do they not have a cell phone or could not stop by the nearest shopping center down the hill to call? They had been to my house one time before and they showed up so it didn't make sense that they would not show up the 2nd time. After speaking to the lady on the phone she said she would compensate me by mailing some kind of discount coupons. Not that I would ever use it but I didn't receive any in the mail either.

After having to cook the turkey and other dishes for my family's thanksgving meal, my husband and I had to clean up the house which was supposed to be done professionally. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody.
