Would give zero stars if I could. Never ever, ever will I order from this place again.

Service sucks.

First time they took over an hour, we actually had to call and find out where our order was. Turns out the gate code (which was clearly on our order) was not given to the driver, who returned to the store. They said they tried to call but no one answered... right. Food finally arrived and was cold and gross. No offer to make it right.

Decided to give them another try tonight, seeing all the glowing reviews here. Ordered online, then got a message that the order did not transmit properly. The website clearly states will not charge your card until order is confirmed. They took authorization on the card stating that the funds would be released in 7-10 business days. When I called, the staff was less than helpful. They then called the "owner" who apparently said: " We don't have your money and there is nothing we can do"

The staff is unprofessional and management doesn't seem to care.

Look at the rating trend here and it is clear that this is a business on it's way downhill.

NEVER again!

AWFUL Service! – Do not ever try and place an order for delivery from this place...

I called to place an order for delivery and was put immediately on hold for about 5 minutes. When someone finally came on to the phone they hung on me, so I called back again. This time I actually got to place my order and was told it would take about 45 to 50 minutes for it to arrive, which I wasn't concerned about since it was a Friday night. I called back an hour and fifteen minutes later to "check" on my order since it had yet to arrive. I was then told by the lady that answered the phone that my order had never been placed in the system and was not on its way. I then asked her if I were to place another order if it would take another 45 minutes and her response, "actually it will take about an hour this time." YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!!

No food is worth this terrible service and this will always make me think twice when placing an order for delivery.

Terrible Service on so many levels – If I could give negative stars...I WOULD.

This place is HORRIBLE. They have great quesadillas but I don't think that they're good enough to wait two hours for them. Earlier today I ordered food at 1:30pm, their delivery time was set for 2:15pm, 45min later, but that's pretty standard for delivery. But at 2:30pm I still hadn't received my food. When I called the restaurant they said the delivery driver on the way. At 3pm I called again, and they seemed unconcerned with the fact that I'd been waiting over an hour for my food. I didn't receive my food until 3:30 TWO HOURS after I had placed my order! I wrote on their facebook wall to attempt to elicit a response from someone who might care more about the service of their "award winning" business than just a onsite manager. The response I received? THEY deleted my post! What a HORRIBLE way to treat your customers. I promise I will not be back. And my quesadillas were cold when I finally got them. Big surprise!

Fantastic, quick Tex-Mex in M-Streets/Lakewood – My wife and I regularly dine out on Lower Greenville block between Vanderbilt and Vickery; so we were curious about this new little restaurant that opened between the Dubliner and Cafe Brazil. One night we were in the mood for Chipotle or Freebirds but decided to give Quesa-D-Yas a try instead. Let me put it this way ... this place is so good that we'll probably only have Chipotle or Freebirds again if we're outside of Dallas city limits! It's that good.

The owners have a great concept with this place. It's a cross between Chipotle and Papa John's. You get Tex-Mex fare (similar to what you'd find at Chipotle) but it's mainly geared towards take-out and delivery. As the name implies, the focus is on quesadllas but there are also burritos, salads, and dips. One great thing about the concept is that you get unlimited 'fillings' for your burrito, quesadilla, etc. included in the price on the menu. (Pizza places charge you for each additional topping.)

All of those niceities would be meaningless if the product wasn't good ... but it is VERY good. To date, we've only tried the quesadillas but they are probably the best quesadillas that we've ever had. You can customize your quesadilla to include about anything that you can dream of, but they do have some pre-selected combinations which work very well. I like the 'Rajun Cajun' with blackened chicken and andouille sausage, and my wife loves the 'Smokey Mountain' with BBQ chicken, bacon, and ham. I also highly recommend their Jalapeno Ranch dipping sauce.

I haven't tried their burrito yet, but they do one really interesting thing that Chipotle/Freebirds would be wise to copy. They mix the fillings before wrapping the burrito. At other burrito joints, your 'fillings' are usually segregated which leads to pockets of varying flavor. It seems that Quesa-D-Ya's approach produces a more consistent, fulfililng result.

Next time you want a quick Tex-Mex fix ... try Quesa-D-Yas!

So tasty and fresh!! – love this new place. I had a Quesa-D-Ya last night and it was delicious! All of my ingredients were so tasty and fresh. How can I ever eat boring pizza again? The chips were so crunchy...my dog even got in on the action (and she is not a chip eating dog)! : )

I will definitely recommend this to my friends and can't wait for my next Quesa-D-Ya!!

Best Quesadilla's in Dallas – What a wonderful new addition to the M Streets, my family loves pizza on Friday nights, but not anymore!!!Quesadilla's are our new Friday night meal. the kids can make to order theirs and we can make ours, no more getting just what the kids want!!!! Another GREAT thing that they do is deliver FREE Chips and Salsa with your order! WOW ..... Definetly check them out..you'll never want pizza again.
