very god service for more the one year – I've had the service for over a year now and I can say it great, they always send the same girl, and its a good price. I am a very picky person but they have showed to be a great cleaning service.
WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! – two people arrived at 9am. a man and a woman. the man instructed the woman to go clean the kitchen alone while he cleaned the bathroom. he closed the door to my TINY bathroom and stayed in there for 45 MINUTES. when he finally opened the door as if to say he was finished, i saw dust all over the ledges and baseboards. i had to ASK him to please clean the dust. i then asked him to make a bed and sweep/mop a bedroom floor. that's it.
he was in there for 15 to 20 minutes during which i heard him talking on the phone. when i went in to check on him, he was no longer in the bedroom and the only thing that had been completed? ONE CORNER of the fitted sheet had been put on the mattress. he was in there for 15 to 20 minutes and didn't even put the sheet on the bed!!! the broom was leaning against the wall. he had obviously not swept.
by now it is 1040am, and they are only booked for 3 hours. so in almost two hours he only managed to half-clean a teeny tiny bathroom and put one corner of the sheet on the bed. so i go downstairs to my kitchen--little progress is being made by the woman who is cleaning VERY SLOWLY--but at least she is actually cleaning. i should mention that when i first walked into my kitchen i was GAGGING from the smell of standard oven cleaner--what happened to "environmentally friendly solutions"?! i asked the man (who had left the bedroom to check on the woman in the kitchen, i suppose) if they were going to clean the other areas in the house. almost TWO HOURS and my kitchen, living room, hall, and bedroom floor are not clean. he interrupted me and said "well, your bathroom was very dirty." i was LIVID. i told him that bathroom was practically clean when he got there as it only needed a disinfecting and dusting. my roommate and i clean our tub/shower at least once a week. we scrub our toilets SEVERAL times a week.
i called the company who said they would call them and make sure it was done correctly. all of a sudden LOTS of work started getting done in the last 45 minutes they were there. the man handed me an invoice to sign, but i refused because the inside of my oven had not been cleaned. when i finally agreed to sign the bill, i got a call from the company. the lady wanted to make sure that i was satisfied and that if i had any problems to tell her now. i had given the apartment a once over and everything seemed fine. i did not offer the man a tip because he did the worst job even though he had the least amount of work. i felt bad for the woman who, though slow, was actually cleaning thoroughly. it's a sunday--mother's day at that, and i gave a $20 tip to her.
however, after they left i realized that they had cleaned but not the DEEP CLEANING i was promised. my blinds are still dirt. only ONE SHELF (the one that is eye-level) in the living room had been dusted. the furniture had not been pushed back from the wall to sweep behind. dust is still on my ledges and baseboards. i was willing to cut my losses until i realized they charged me $15 in tax. this is a problem because i have spoken to people FOUR different times between wednesday and today and they all quoted the same price. the price on my bill also lists the "flat rate" price i was quoted. when i called and told them to inquire about the extra charge, the woman i spoke said that i "misunderstood." i told her i did NOT "misunderstand." i was quoted a price FOUR TIMES an even given a bill with the price i was quoted. although today was my second time speaking with her and she was also the person that called to confirm my appointment, she denied that she ever quoted me that price. she said she couldn't do anything about it and i'm currently waiting on a call from a manager.
i swear!!! the only reason i called them was because my recent back injury and my roommates hectic schedule keeps us from handling the fine details of cleaning. this was a waste of our time and money and i will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE!!! – I was moving into a new apt, the place was a dump. I ordered the move-in "top-to-bottom" maid service, expecting them to make the new place at least livable. Well, they didn't. They sent two Hispanic women- not that I have anything against Hispanic women- but they didn't even speak enough English for me to tell them what I wanted done. I had to call the company, tell them what I wanted, then have them call the women on their cell phones, and tell them! Now, this wouldn't have been so bad if they were doing a decent job to begin with. But besides for mopping the floors, it didn't seem like they were planning on cleaning any other part of the apt without my telling them! Their website advertises cleaning of baseboards, cabinets, toilets, tiling, bathtubs- they didn't do any of that! They didn't even bring the proper cleaning materials! They were in the apt for over NINE hours, charging my roommates and I over $600!! When I returned after they had left, it looked exactly the way it did when they started!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE- STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Very clean, but some difficulties. – The cleaning person was supposed to bring Green cleaning supplies, but brought nothing. She needed more supervision than expected, and spoke only Spanish, relying on an interpreter via cell phone. I arranged this long distance for my elderly mom, so it was even crazier. It's not really a flat rate. It's $150 for 4 hours cleaning, an extra $40 for another hour. 5 hours for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment! It is very clean though. But not exactly as advertised.
david – I just wanted to write to say how much I've appreciated your service on all the occasions that I've used it. As a real estate agent, I'm constantly having to prep apartments for my customers and often times that means a major cleaning job just before the move in. You have always come through with quality, dependable workers who have always gone the extra mile in order to do the best job possible.

Fair Prices – Everything I wanted to be cleaned in my home was done along with more. These cleaners are fair priced and have flexible availability that fits my busy schedule...!! I request the same cleaners to come by because I trust them and they know what to do, because I am picky!!

We have them come same time every week, and what a difference our office looks every time.
The worst day is Wednesday, they day before they come for the cleaning, and the next day, our office looks more organized and friendly.

a Cleaning before my move – The landlord of mine wanted my place spotless before I moved out. Since I am not a huge fan of cleaning,decided to look online for local cleaning comapnies. I called Flat Rate and that next morning someone came by to clean. They cleaned everything from the floors to the cobwebs on the ceiling, and WOW I wish I had them come clean while I was living there, becasue it looked amazingly clean!
